Professional staff, excellent breakfast, nice and personal atmosphere in common areas. Comfortable beds.

Rooms a little impersonal and “empty”. Although everything you need were there so nothing to fuss about when traveling with purpose to work.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A nice spread with delicious bread, salmon and hot food also. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. While the bed was amazingly comfortable. Plus, the desk was a nice size and perfectly placed in front of the window.

No fridge in the room. But that was okay as we asked the receptionist to store what we needed refrigerated. Parking space was limited in the hotel. But there is lots of parking nearby.

great room for a single journey, clean and tidy, simple scandi design, great shower with really precise temperature setting, big plus for the kettle and tea/coffee in the room, the breakfast offered usually the same foods but there was quite a variety so it was enough to choose from, everything fresh and tasty

the bed was not the most comfortable, rather thin and bit too soft mattress, the walls were pretty thin so I could clearly hear people talking or snoring (!) in the room next to mine

The staff are incredibly freindly and accomdating. It was a no fuss experience.

Our window was on the bottom floor by the car park. We couldn't really open the window at night due to the fact that someone could climb in there. Also we arrived quite early and had a parking place but had to leave. When we got back there were no more parking spaces so we had to pay until 18:00. Perhaps better parking alternatives, maybe a cooperation with the local parking services so guests of the hotel don't have to pay.

Lovely staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds (premium double room), great breakfast, cosy and well maintained spa and pool area. Only 150 SEK/person for 1½ hour without food, drinks and spa products. Remember to book. Free parking in backyard if available (no reservation). Walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and lakes. Overall great value for money.

The service at the desk was excellent, the lady was very kind and helpfull. Anything during our stay was a bother to the staff, we were taken care of, we felt very welcomed. The place was very clean, smelled very nice. We got to use the pool too, the kids loved it! It was a great stay. Breakfast was fresh, lovely, lots of choice, veggies and meat, also sweets. Even after it was done, we still got the chance to fill up our tea cups for the road. Thank you! It was really a pleasure. I cannot recommend it enough!

Interior decor, comfort and space in the bedroom, the diversity of breakfast buffet, great food and drinks.

No sign to the lift when there isn't anyone on reception. No access to the swimming pool included with the room. A decaffeinated coffee option at breakfast would be appreciated. Extractor fan not working in bathroom.

Very nice room and even nicer staff. They helped us with numerous requests and were always friendly. I would come back just for the helpful people working there!

The scrambled eggs at the breakfast got somewhat over cooked because they were sitting on a hot plate for too long. Maybe find a better solution for that? Otherwise the breakfast was very good.

Everything was just like it should be. I mainly appreciated a very good breakfast (fresh smoothie, salmon...). Very pleasant fragrance of the available cosmetics. Kettle in the room is always practical.
