Excellent facilities, great food and loved watching the sunsets, the pool was great and so was snorkelling out the front.

Location was a bit out of the way, and trikes were very expensive when booked at reception, better off walking to the main road and grabbing one there, as they were half the price but most people staying here probably wouldn't bother. Cheaper hiring a motorbike.

Clean facility, great views, access to the sea for snorkeling, friendly staff, fair price. The hotel bar and restaurant are nice as well. Very large rooms (we took the double bedroom unit) It's located in a calm area (if you have a car, it's only 10 minutes to the airport or alona beach).

Pillows are a tad high and firm. No elevator to the higher floors when booking. It remains manageable for most people (it goes 3 floors up at the highest), but better be aware.

It's away from the main street, so it's quiet and comes to peace. It's healing just by looking at the sea. I arrived at night and didn't know the view around the hotel, but I screamed at the ocean view that was full of veranda doors in the morning. It's about 20 to 30 steps and it's the sea. It's incredibly close to the ocean. (It's the ocean without a beach.)The staff showed the fare table honestly and calculated it, so it was reliable. As with other hotels, I don't pay every time, I pay at once when I check out. Even though the flight was delayed for an hour and 40 minutes, he came out to greet me with my name correctly. I was touched by the quiet and kind service. I want to go again next time

Sometimes the waitress seemed to forget details of the order like the right sauce. But these are minor flaws, nothing really to worry about.

The location is very quiet and away from the busy life. But the shuttle service to Alona beach is arranged by hotel for 5€. Hotel has no beach but there is pretty nice snorkeling there. The room is spacious and well equipped. The meal in hotel restaurant is very, very good! There is a large pool. Resort offers free shuttle service from/to Panglao airport. We had bad luck that resort was full of very noisy Koreans.

Breakfest system is pretty strange and not satisfactory. You choose the meal a la card but drink is limited, bread is limited and you pay many extras althought breakfast is included in the price of hotel.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay in this resort in early July. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The 2 bdrm penthouse (top floor) was spacious and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and stove. There is a large patio and a laundry line which is useful. They also provide purified water. The Seaview was beautiful, and my husband snorkeled on our last day. There is no elevator so it is important to know this before booking. The landscape with the pool & grotto were well maintained. It’s rainy season so it was overcast most afternoon. The resort’s location is remote so it was great to there is a restaurant. We went to Alona for our diving & it was 15-20 min ride. We ate breakfast and some dinners here. The staff were very nice, respectful, helpful, and friendly. We met the owner and he was friendly. The bar had happy hour offers. It is great that we can use our credit cards without service fee. On Sunday night, there is live music and the singers were very good. The only thing was that there were small ants in the kitchen so don’t leave any open food out.

We loved our 2 night stay after a busy 4 night stay at Alona Beach. The rooms are big and spacious with a great view from the balcony. My wife's family stayed in the penthouse and that view is spectacular. A great restaurant with many food choices at reasonable prices. Breakfast was good too! The pool and grounds are well maintained and the swings and swing chair overlooking the ocean were a big hit with my family. 2 for 1 happy hour was nice and ALL the staff were friendly and efficient! Had a great chat at the bar with some very nice local expats one happy hour evening too! Thourouly enjoyed our stay!

The resort is just like the pictures and advertising. For us there were no surprises and nothing we didn't like.

Location was excellent (only 5 or 6 kms from the airport). Fantastic view from our room out to sea. Pool and associated facilities were all very good, with true Austrian thought involved...:-). Food was very good - not many places to get a true Wiener Schnitzel in PH, but this was definitely one!

Can't think of anything. We we only disappointed with one thing, which was that we were only there for two nights - wished it was seven.

Nice facilities- great pool. Restaurant had nice food (slow to come out but the taste was worth the wait). Great cocktails in the bar on a 2 for 1 deal during happy hours. Nice to have a snooker table in the bar area to enjoy a game and a cocktail in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception can help with calling trikes for transport - and really helped us out when our prearranged transport didnt show up, they helped us quickly find an alternative which was great. They can also help book bohol tours and transport for you. We stayed in the penthouse which had lots of space and great views. I was not a fan of the decor, but it has what you need.

As other reviews mention, The location is very isolated. We stayed just for a night to break up our journey from Siquijor to Cebu and to snorkle napaling reef and it was fine for that purpose. The house reef is beautiful but it is very hard to access as it is very shallow a long way before you reach the wall. However once you get out there it is nice- lots of fish and coral. Access would be easier at napaling which would just be a short trike ride away.
