We had a great stay at Bassa! Check-in was very smooth and we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The room exceeded our expectations. :) We loved how cozy the beds are and the over-all vibe of the room. we got the family room with a pool view which was definitely a great choice. We can just go in and out of the pool as much as we like and the view’s amazing! There’s also a live performer at night by their restaurant. We also really appreciate the customer service at Bassa! They were polite and quick to respond to our requests. We requested to have our brought home food heated, and they served it back to us, well presented with an extra flower on top. We loved it. Thank you so much!

Although the bathroom was clean, I think the bidet had a broken part so it was difficult to use. But still serves its purpose. The water flow is also not that good as the shower head expels water from slightly different angles, which is not that bad since flow is strong anyway. We could still get decent baths. Not a big deal :) It’s also a downside that there were no rice meals in the menu for lunch and dinner 😅

Aesthetic-wise, the hotel was picture-worthy. Simple, chic, and spacious. I wasn’t expecting the property to be just a distance away from The North Zen Villas, so to future guests, you might want to add in your itinerary a day tour at the North Zen (pool and mangrove walk, with consumable food/bar voucher).

Personally, I do not have any complaints. I’m just happy to not experience the uneventful experience of some guests in their rooms. For future guests, some notes: 1.) The hotel is not walking distance to Alona Beach and the main streets where shops and stores are near. 2.) There’s no television. (which i personally prefer because I get to enjoy the peace and quiet). Hehe.

We booked an overnight stay at Bassa. I chose this place because upon seeing the pictures on social media, I like the vibe and its aesthetic design. When we actually saw it, it's really aesthetic, nice and clean. The room is all white with minimal design which makes it cozy. And the room is just in front of the pool. The bathroom is huge with complete toiletries . The aircon is cool. Ths staff are approachable. The value for money is good. Plus you have a free breakfast with coffee. We'll definitely recommend Bassa to friends and relatives.

there is THE SAME BREAKFAST every day- if they change 2 meals rven will be lovely, but THE same sandwich every day. for two days okey, longer, really no :( there is no place to put your stuff, no cupboard, shelf. no place to put your wet stuff. no cleening rooms, no changing towels , no toalet paper (we have to buy own) they did not throw garbage :( maybe we were expectimg european standard, but changing towls and throw garbage will be minimum what they can do if they fix this one, it will be just amazing amazing place.

location is good !This hotel was introduced to me by a friend, and the experience of staying in these days is also very good! The price is good for this location and the quality is worth recommending. In addition to the cleanliness of the room, the service is also good. The front desk staff are very polite and introduce us to the surrounding food. We go out to play, and the luggage is left to the boss for safekeeping. The key point to say is that the bar in the public area is very lively, it is a backpacker's paradise, and every day I go to drink a different cocktail, which is very pleasant. Luckily there is a show on the weekend. For me, I like this place very much, I heard from the owner that the sky pool will open next month. There is a chance to come again! As a person who spends more than one third of a year in a hotel, in fact, I care more about the service of the hotel than the hardware and location of the hotel. Bassa's service is really attentive. There is a pick-up service, and the boss is also very friendly. We checked out on the last day and offered to store our luggage at the front desk. This hotel makes people far away from home feel at home. There are also delicious food at home, warm and home-like environment, and thoughtful and thoughtful service. If I have the chance, I will come here again.

Great place, the bar and swimming pool are lovely and have a Bali feel to them. The rooms are cute, clean and very white with a nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend it’s decorated perfectly and a great place to get a drink and relax at the bar.

When renting a bike there wasn’t an option to just pay for half a day if you have a flight in the afternoon and only need it for a few hours on the last day, minor issue.

The constant power cuts - the hotel said that their generator was broken and therefore we were hours on end with no power, which also meant no water. We went out one night and we hadn’t even had a shower from being on the beach about 4 hours before - we were meeting friends and felt pretty grim. It’s quite far from the “strip” area, we always had to get a TukTuk.
