We had a fantastic stay at Bellevue! The staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect—peaceful and not crowded, with a beautiful beach and a great pool area to relax in. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet—absolutely the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. The variety, quality, and service were outstanding. Bellevue truly stood out, and we would love to come back!

While the overall stay had some positives, there were a few disappointing aspects. The bathroom had noticeable mold, particularly in the shower also in the bathtub, which made it unusable. Additionally, the view from our balcony was not idea, it overlooked an empty lot filled with garbage and undeveloped property. I truly hope that during our next visit, the cleanliness of the bathroom will be improved and the surrounding area will be better maintained. This place has potential, and I’d love to see those issues addressed

The Bellevue Resort in Panglao Island, Bohol stood out as a highlight of our trip to the Philippine islands, demonstrating a dedication to exceptional service through consistent guest interaction, embodying genuine Filipino hospitality, which mirrors the senior management's culture of leadership by example. It would be amiss not to recognize the following individuals for their outstanding service, Servers Carlo and John Paul at Marea, Josh, Richard and Rachel at Flojo Cafe, Phillip in Recreations. Lastly, Ms. Yumi, and Noli Soldevilla for going above and beyond their daily senior management duties, and the kindness of accommodation for our Little Suri dog is truly and sincerely appreciated. We look forward to returning at this beautiful resort.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly. The food in the restaurants is great. The gaming area is nice. It could be a tick warmer there. But it’s great still. You can enjoy a lot of games. Also video games like Nintendo switch. And there is also something for kids and a ping-pong table. Overall a great place with lots of things to do. It has a beautiful pool. Deep in one place and shallow in a place for children. And something in between for people who like swimming, while still being able to stand. And you have a great view at the ocean from the pool. It’s an infinity pool with nice water plays on the side. The beach is also great. Fine sand and a good area for relaxation. And you can get free flavored water at many places in the hotel. The staff is also great. And the lobby is one of the most beautiful i have ever seen in a hotel. A beautiful pond, that stretches towards the garden, which is also beautiful, is there. Letting the people feed the koi carps is also a nice idea. And there are so many beautiful koi carps. The entertainment program is also exquisite. We saw a spectacular performance of people throwing fiery torches around. And every night we got special snacks with a weather forecast in our rooms. The hotel personal was always friendly and helpful. One day they offered a fresh crab that was still available to my wife, who loves crabs. And they were also playing great music at their restaurants. Also lice music. The breakfast selection was also superb. Overall: A beautiful place to stay in Bohol. Also with family and little children, like my six year old daughter.

Great amenities, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Its great that during our stay there weren't many people hence we were able to enjoy the quietness of the place. There's live band every night, the breakfast buffet is also good. They have a play area where you or children can play ps5 and nintendo switch. They also have plenty of sunbeds and the pool is warm.

You can't really swim at the beach as its mostly seaweed. I went into the water for 2 minutes and immediately started feeling itchy, i had to was my legs asap with soap. Difficult to get food delivery as its really in a secluded area so might as well just eat at the restaurant everyday.

Bellevue resort is absolutely gorgeous, the facilities are top notch, from the reception, the restaurant the rooms the common bathrooms, the gardens, the beach everything is spotlessly clean. Talk about aesthetic places this is one of them.The staff is amazing always smiling and ready to help.I misplaced my phone by the beach and they did their best to help me find it which I did. The breakfast spread is really good and has many options. One of the best beaches I have ever seen. Loved the daily turn down services too they would give us a box of snacks every evening. Loved the Welcome necklace that they give you by the entrance . The attention to detail is amazing. They also have games and a fire shows during some evenings. I would stay here over and over again.

Our stay at The Bellevue was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very well-maintained and beautifully designed — everything feels elegant and relaxing. All the staff were incredibly hospitable and approachable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It’s also conveniently located just about 10 minutes away from Alona Beach, so you get the best of both worlds — peaceful surroundings with easy access to the lively beach area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

The only downside was that it was low tide every morning until afternoon during our stay, so swimming by the beach wasn’t really possible at those times. Still, overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue Hotel. The location is excellent, with an easily accessible beachfront that’s truly a delight. It’s also conveniently close to other great spots, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff are consistently attentive, addressing our needs politely, efficiently, and always with a helpful attitude. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are well thought out for a comfortable stay. The food is on the pricier side, but there’s a good variety of choices to suit different tastes, and the breakfast buffet is definitely a highlight worth enjoying. Overall, Bellevue Hotel offers a well-rounded experience that balances comfort, convenience, and great service. We would gladly come back for another stay.

Just a small suggestion: if there’s a big event that could block or interfere with the view—especially at the beachfront—it would be helpful to inform guests in advance. During our stay, preparations for an upcoming event on our third night reduced the beachfront area and partially obstructed the view.

Our stay at The Bellevue Resort was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations for a relaxing and private getaway. The experience began with the food, which was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive array of delicious choices that catered to everyone. What really set The Bellevue apart was the staff. Every single member we interacted with—from housekeeping to the dining team—was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and accommodating. Their warm service made us feel truly valued guests. The resort itself is beautifully maintained. We especially loved the serene coy fish pond and the sprawling garden, where our child enjoyed walking and exploring. It was a lovely touch to have a movie night screening right there in the garden! The pool area was fantastic, and we also made great use of the beach, which was clean and enjoyable. Our room was spacious with a wonderful ocean view, completing the feeling of total relaxation and privacy that this resort effortlessly provides.

Honestly, we found virtually nothing to complain about during our stay. If we had to mention one minor point, it would be the check-in process. While the standard time is 3:00 PM, we had hoped to get into our room a little earlier, perhaps around 2:00 PM, but we ended up waiting until it was almost 3:00 PM. This was a very small inconvenience in an otherwise flawless stay.

The balcony of the room overlooks the beach and the crystal-clear blue sea. There are clothes racks on the balcony where you can hang your swimwear to dry, as well as chairs and a small table where you can sit and enjoy the sea breeze. The buffet breakfast is different every day of the week, with the menu frequently changing. Sometimes it is served in a thatched-roof restaurant near the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast while feeling the sea breeze. Other times, it is served in another air-conditioned restaurant. If you go to the restaurant early in the morning, you can see a friendly cat employee with a bell around its neck on the artificial lawn next to the restaurant. This cat also likes to appear in the area during dinner time.

The shower head in the bathroom is a bit old, and some of the nozzles are plugged. It would also be better if there was ventilation in the bathroom.

I’ll start with the staff - simply awesome! We had 2x families with 4 total kids. They were great with them (good or bad moods (ie near nap time). The place was always clean (common areas, rooms, etc). There were a bunch of activities: jenga, rubber archery, the pool, beach, gym - for all ages. Did I mention how nice and awesome the staff (janitors, front desk, life guards, cooks, waiters) were?

We had one minor hiccup during a VIP’s private event when they failed to put in one of our party’s dinner order… They were busy and made it right with 0 fuss and a lot of apologies. But we got to watch a free fire show that they put on for her, so call it a break even. We did have issues with the ATM. We were unable to get money the 3x we tried, so we had to walk to town to get pesos. It was hot, but the people we interacted with were very friendly. It was a minor inconvenience that made the trip more fun.
