-Super convenient location, 1 minute from train, 1 minute from super market, quiet.30 minutes from paris center -Super friendly staff. They helped us immediately when the room had heating problem and changed it. We had early check in and we weren't rushed to check out .

-A little smaller than expected. -Sometimes bathroom had a bad odour. It wasn't a matter of cleanliness, but a bad smell was coming from the air vents. -The bathroom heater was perfect but the room's heater was very small. We had to have it all day and night to have the right temperature. After all we weren't cold,but we would if we forgot to turn it on , before we leave the room. Note that we stayed there on Christmas time and Paris was very cold.

I reserved a superior studio. However, I was given the small one. When I got in , the inner door between the bedroom and the entrance didn’t close properly. There was a cobweb in the corner of the room. The light above the stove didn’t work. The shower room was flooded with water when I took a shower. Thus, I asked for a change of my room the next day cuz I arrived at night and there was no staff at night. The Good thing is that I changed the room and chose the one I wanted. The new room was so good and as I wanted. That was a good action from the staff the next day. My question is: since it is a high standard parahotel, why was it the client to choose and complain to change his room into a better one? Why isn’t he given the right room directly?

Clean, great staff all around (Elisee at reception was very professional and helpful). Room is cozy. Kitchen provides sufficient cutlery and cookware. No A/C so I would keep that in mind during the summer. Great for spring. Cleaning staff are very nice too. Great location, right across the street from the Bagneux metro station. Luggage storage is complimentary before and after stay. I went during the off season and my room was ready before the check in time - greatly appreciated after a 16 hour flight. Thank you Elisee ! This will be my go to budget stay while in Paris from now on.

Breakfast buffet was lacking for the price. I would skip that next time and hit a cafe nearby or in the city center. Bathroom had a slight smell, probably due to old pipes, but a little air freshener will rid of that issue. For the price, accommodating staff, and location, I can easily overlook these two disadvantages.

Approach a big city like Paris maybe complicated. Bagneux is a good start point because is linked to Paris center by train (RER line), station in front at the hotel. Cicling path for Paris center (approx 7Km) in front at the hotel. The hotel offer an internal garage very cheap for Paris. We left our car for ten days during our bicyle travel along the Veloscenie to The Mont Saint Michel. Receptionist: FANTASTIC.

Very clean room, although basic, friendly staff. The bed is quite comfortable and there is no noise from either neighbors or cars ect.

There is a very convenient self check in kiosk, however it is not very obvious that it is here, as it’s a bit hidden on the side. It would be great to have a clear sign showing it. The location is ok as it is near the RER line, but nothing fancy at all. At least it’s not a dodgy area.

Really close to RER train, fairly spacious with small kitchen and space to store luggage, grocery store very close by, overall good value for the money and being so easily reachable from Charles de Gaulle Airport

Would have been nice to have a fan to bring in some air circulation. Maybe once during our 7 night stay would have liked fresh towels and beds made.

Very close to the RER station, making traveling to the city centre a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful without invading your privacy. We had hot water, heating withouth any problems. The kitchenette was very useful and well equipped - microwave oven, kettle, fridge, cuttlery, dishes, mugs.

Appliances were a little worn off, but I guess it's just normal wear and tear.

No air con or fan and it was so hot in the room in June. Also we stayed for 2 nights and had to pay if we wanted a clean towel for the second night 10€ each

Location, very near rer station. Fast excess to les halles. Car park garage basement (u got a pay but it's worth). Neighborhood is calm and u got groceries stores, boulangeries and restaurants. We felt very safe as a family with two girls teenagers.

Quite small rooms, but no problem for a few days stay.
