We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to key attractions( We had car but we have used Uber most of the time as we knew the driving and finding parking in Paris is not easy). The reception staff, especially Atiyeh and Fabian, were exceptional—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared. A particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary welcome drinks, including cold water, juice, and croissants, which were always available. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a delightful way to unwind upon returning to the hotel. About the parking place they were two parking place in front of Hotel and we were lucky one of them was free and we could park our car there. The space was enough for SUV car. But even if both park place are full there is a parking place in shopping mall in front of the hotel for almost 20 euro per day. So no worry at all.

Everyone was very polite and kind from the arrival to our departure. It was a bit strange that even though we had already prepaid the full amount for our stay, a deposit was required upon our arrival, which we were told that is their policy. Also, something else is that there wasn't enough lighting in the room.

Some members of the reception staff did not speak fluent English and messed up with our purchase of the breakfast. The breakfast itself was not at the level of other 4 star hotels and of the Marriot's reputation. A member of the breakfast staff was rude, moving our table without our consent, probably because they had to start reorganise the room.

The hotel is great. The room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay. Keep in mind, it is not in the centre so you're going to have to take trains and buses but that isn't too difficult considering the stations are not far. Bonus, their staff is amazing. Super sweet friendly and helpful. Oh! They have water dispensers on each floor which is convenient.

My hotel stay was short but it was such an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many beautiful cafes and bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our short stay amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, it was just amazing!

Nothing to fault, everything was perfect.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff at the reception is friendly and speaks English, which is good for foreign guests.

Breakfast was boring & and the same items every day, not a single dish is different for all the 5 days we stayed!!

Using the card for the lift was awkward as my family was on another floor and I couldn’t use the lift to access their rooms.

The people at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my card, the receptionist remained completely calm and unfrazzled and found another way to let me pay. A person at the bar in the lobby was also friendly and enthusiastic. The room itself was very spacious and clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Arcueil is not what you would call "exciting", but it's restful and low-key, and just a few metro stops away from the centre of Paris. There's a movie theatre next door, and a mall right across the street (which has several different stores, plus chain restaurants like McDonald's and Starbucks).

Perhaps this was just us (because it often seems to happen in hotels) but something in the air seemed to trigger an allergic reaction. Maybe it was the carpets or just the air circulation in general, but the air was extremely dry and made our eyes hurt (like on a plane) and our noses run. We opened a window, which did help.

I must say staffs were there amazing some names I can still recall Romane, Shanti, Victoria (probably) and other girl was in training, they were amazing and made our staying there so comfortable and memorable. I also give thanks all who were involved in cleaning and special thanks to all where dealt decorating the room, the cake was too delicious . overall, this was wow

Price bit higher comparing to the area

The hotel is worth the money. It’s rather small but you have everything what you need if you want to see Paris. The metro and train station are about 10 mins walk. Breakfast is good. It’s not abundant but there is everything you need for the breakfast.
