There was a very friendly girl at the reception, though she didn’t speak much English. Still, we managed to communicate just fine. We arrived two hours before the official check-in time (at 12:00), and the early check-in fee was €30 — it doesn’t matter whether you arrive early in the morning or just a couple of hours earlier. We mostly used public transportation, and the location of the hotel is quite convenient with good connections. The room was clean and cozy. There were coffee sticks and tea bags, and when I asked for more coffee the next day, they gave them to me without any problem. The room also had a hairdryer, kettle, and air conditioning. It was warm and comfortable. The soundproofing could be better — when I tried to rest at noon, I could hear some noise from the floor above and from our floor. But at night, it was quiet and nothing disturbed our sleep.

There’s really nothing negative I can say about my stay.

Breakfast was nice and the location optimal across my companies office. The tropical shower was very nice. And I liked most of the staff as they were very friendly.

The hotel is not very new so you can see the age here and there. It has been renovated but it did not look so well. The AC did not cool but heat so I had 26°C in my room on the first day and I had to sleep with an open window.

I was moving to Paris and used the hotel as a base before settling in my new home. Located in Arcueil at the fringe of the city limit, but well connected by public transportation. Next to a shopping mall and a big supermarket. It was the single hotel pet friendly I could find near the 14e arr in Paris. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff was accomodating for my ederly mother´s special needs and my dog. And an excellent cost/benefit hotel.

It is a simple, but clean and friendly hotel. I did not have high expectations for the facilities in terms of leisure. I would have welcome though a mini bar in the room.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, it was being renovated during our stay but was not dusty or dirty and you wouldn’t have known if you weren’t told. The rooms were fine, and clean, exactly how portrayed in the images we seen. You couldn’t hear any other guests and the windows blocked out all street noise, which was great. The staff were lovely and as the restaurant was closed during our stay even offered to heat up my daughters food, they spoke good English as well which was a pleasant surprise. The location was close enough to metro/train stations (10 min walk) with a bus stop also right outside.

The rooms do not have a fridge, which made it difficult to keep our drinks cool. We also wish we had been told of the shop underneath the hotel earlier, as we were only advised the last night of our trip, as the hotel restaurant was closed, which we weren’t aware of until the last night either, so may be good for the staff to have a welcome pack with a little information in for guests, but this didn’t effect our stay, just something we wish we had been told about earlier.

Very nice location, 15 min from metro or train. Good staff at the counter, helpful and friendly. Room is clean, bed is comfy! Maybe a little fridge to keep stuff cold during the hot days but a fridge makes noise so I can understand! Overall it’s a very nice place to stay for a weekend

the rooms are old smoking one, so it smells a little bit. way to expensive for the breakfast or restaurant.

The size is bigger than what I expected. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable too. The bathroom is quite new, and the shower is great. The water pressure is stronger enough that I enjoy a good shower. They provide some coffee and tea in-room, the electric pot is very clean without worries to use (this is what I'm very concern). The staff are very friendly. I appreciate the lady in the restaurant. Although I don't speak French, after serving me my food, she tried her best to ask me for my drinks. Anyway, it is commendable for budget travelers.

Flushing the toilet was trouble.

This is our go-to hotel when we travel to Paris. Since it 's "extra muros" prices are not exessive. Still the hotel is well located, nearby public transport that easely gets you to Paris centre.

There is really nothing to dislike. You know what to expev-ct. A bed, breakfast and a parking lot.
