Great room with a little balcony. Wifi is good too. Breakfast included. Awesome Cha Am. Is right across the street from a strip of bars. But not loud at night and no one hassles you.
Check in directions on door. You need to go left to entrance of the other hotel mentioned on door. Phone number listed not working. The same Beach hotel that has their breakfast restaurant to the right of the entrance of Golden. You're right in between as well as a couple buildings between them. Maybe 60 feet.

After being moved from the Golden Guesthouse the owner offer us accommodation just down the road Cha Am My House which we were happy with, the room with pool access was very nice for the children.

The lady at reception was lovely, helpful and professional, it was kept immaculately clean by again two lovely ladies, enjoyed myself

Spacious comfortable room with a nice bed,fridge,aircon and balcony. It's close to the beach and some bars,so it can be noisy at night... Pretty good value for a guesthouse. Breakfast choices are a rice soup or toast and egg,served in the restaurant at the corner. Deposit for the key is 500 Baht.

The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Very close to the beach. There are bars nearby but it wasn't to loud. For the price it was good value for money and you got free fresh bottles of water daily

Check in and some meals are a few businesses away made it confusing. Breakfast changed locations. Two mornings we waited an hour to eat and no one took our order so we went elsewhere.

Staff very Friendly. Lovely location across the Road from the Beach.
There was a Kettle but no Cups or Complimentary Tea and Coffee.The Tap was broken in the Sink.The Bed was very Hard. Rubbish Should be taken daily
