Very close to Jeddah Airport and the hotel is close to cafes, shops, pharmacy etc. Staff were super helpful and understanding. The two bedroom apartment is really great for family of 4 (two children/mom and dad). Thank you. A happy customer

The hotel was very clean and comfy. They have Arabic Coffee with dates at the reception which I like most. Breakfast was good though had limited choices. Room was spacious and bathroom very good. Hotel location is in quite residence along with main road. Has Macdonalds near by and other convienence stores. The price was very good and value for your money.

The room has referigerator however there is no stock of snacks. The hotel location is at one side of the city near airport.

Clean, location is perfect, quiet, bed is comfortable, room is cozy, they gave me a free iced chocolate drink in the founding day

receptionists are very gentle and respectful, but they are kind of slow in terms of of checking and checkout. the hot water in the bathroom in not enough, very little amount then you have to wait till the heater heats more water , breakfast was not up to expectations, although it was fine but not as expected

- The room looked like a hotel room exactly; the design, the cleanliness, quite, and the decoration was so nice. I loved everything in the room. - lots of parking places outside and enough inside a bedroom area. - This is the first time for me in a similar hotel to request an iron and receive a good one (good for them). - I found a new box of Kleenex, not an empty box or a cheap brand (I liked that very much). - I found a very nice tea bage in the room (Twining) which is a high quality brand (I loved that too). - The room is carpeted which I love in hotel rrooms (and very clean). - Central AC, which was verrry nice. - In a walking distance you can reach a grocery stor, pharmacy, resturant, almost anything is around the area.

- The price was a bit high. - The room was a little small, but I was alone so that wasn't a big problem. - Lighting inside the bathroom was verrry bad (no light at all above the wash basin) - The shaving mirror was not there (missing) I had a hard time shaving. - The bathroom basin was a bit small and low in height, I'm not very tall and it bothered me. - The TV wasn't working, but I didn't need it much.

Good spacious room, everything worked well and everything seemed clean. The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy to accommodate my late check-out request.

The carpet in the room seemed a bit dated and as a result seemed dirty. I don't think it was, it must just be years of staining.

The location of the apartment is excellent and the breakfast was very delicious

The room had a smell of smoke and we requested to change the room and it was changed, but there was a less smell of smoke in the another room as well. And there were some burns in the carpet because of smoking in the room. I do not recommend it for people who suffer from allergies and do not want the smell of smoke.

- Quick check-in. - Everything in the room was in good shape. - The location is very live and nice. - never had a problem with elevators (like most places). - Clean Clean Clean.

- light at the bathroom (wash basin) is very dim (can't make good shave there). - Sliding bathroom door is not my favorite. - Some rooms are a little small for two or three persons.

- delicious and varied breakfasts - cozy room - exceptional hospitality - the presence of a gym & a huge prayer room like in a mosque

Possibly just the location. However, if you use taxi apps, this won't be a problem for you

Great location, price very reasonable. Spacious room, amenities were very good and I felt as if I were living at home. Breakfast was very good too. They let me check in early without any extra charge.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent hotel with high-quality furniture. Nice and helpful staff who allowed us to do early check in at the expense of exchanging the room type. Would love to book with them again.

Everything was great, but would recommend them to modify the check in time to be earlier than 4pm as most of the international hotels.
