Easy check-in and friendly staff. Good beds and not noisy at all at night. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. If you are leaving Montreal late for a trip towards Ottawa and region, this is much cheaper than any other option and the place is very silent. Plus, you're already ~40 minutes into your trip and completely out of the traffic near Montréal. Only about 80 minutes or so until you reach Ottawa.

Front desk is supposed to be 24 hours (according to Booking) but if you're arriving after midnight, you'll need to ring the bell and wait. Or else call ahead of time.

The manager (Asian male) was super helpful. Had an injury and he helped us with holding the main door, loading our luggage and then helping bring everything to our room and unload for us. Amazing for going above and beyond!

When we went for breakfast, there was a group of males who kept pointing their phones in our direction as though taking pictures of our daughter, then they hung out in the lobby watching. Made us feel very uneasy.

The location was perfect, just off the highway. We were travelling through so needed something easily accessible from the highway. It was a perfect place to stop on the road from southern Ontario. The staff was friendly and the room was quite clean and newly renovated.

The breakfast was disappointing. The choices of breakfast cereals was thin. There was nothing terribly nutrious on the buffet. I am okay with a cold breakfast buffet, but this was very 1980s.

Good location right off the highway. Not too far of a drive from amenities. Have stayed here many times. Breakfast could use a little bit more hot options, but otherwise good selection of snacks that are packaged to take for your trip for the day. Staff are excellent and always so accommodating and helpful!

The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. There was a good variety to choose from for breakfast. Lots of parking available and close to anything you might need in Rigaud.

Note there is no elevator so if you are booking a one-bedroom suite they are only available on the second floor.

This is an older property that has been renovated and is good value for money. It has had an interesting life, but the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the beds are very comfortable. I recommend it for an overnight stay along the road; it’s in a town that has every amenity that a traveller could need.

Lots of noise, people knocking on doors and trying to get in your rooms. Need better security

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, good-sized room, lots of lovely hot water and a bath, adequate breakfast, although a little uninspired regarding content, huge parking area, close to town but enough outside it not to be noisy

Heating/AC unit under window - the fan could not be turned off and even on the lowest speed it constantly blew the curtains open, so you got the outside lights shining in, plus it really bothered my sinuses; hard to control heat - unit had switched back to cool from heat for some reason in the morning; rather noisy plumbing

My stay at this hotel was good and the room was clean. The staff at this location were very professional. Although my stay was short, I have made this hotel one of my Canadian travel locations to stay at.

The receptionist was nice and the beds very comfortable.

There was nothing not to like. To say something, some of the installations were a bit old (radiators, toilet). The breakfast was nice but rather basic.
