What an amazing location! Definitely worth paying a little extra for a balcony room. Lovely family run hotel. Judging by earlier reviews breakfast is much improved with plenty of fresh fruit, hot coffee, delicious baked goods and warm bacon and tortilla. Shower was great with good pressure and loads of hot water. Very handy for the bus to Ordesa, lots of cafes and shops within minutes.
Listing says there is a bar but it was not open. Such a missed opportunity as the terrace is lovely. The garden is a pleasant option but the chairs were dirty and neglected - some sun loungers would be a welcome addition. Our room decor and much of the hotel is looking very tired, but this is fairly reflected in the price and we thought it excellent value.

This is a wonderful traditional hotel in a very small town. Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and supplied with everything you need. The supplied breakfast had a huge variety of food. It is so close to the main street where all the restaurants are located. Parking was available for our vehicle at no extra cost. There is a lift to take you and your luggage upstairs which was a pleasant change to lugging our baggage up multiple flights of stairs.
Nothing in particular

We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was vast and varied and even included gluten-free alternatives. The staff were also endlessly friendly and helpful. We visited outside of the busy season which meant that the area was quiet, except for the sheep and cattle that were herded in the street outside. Our rooms were spacious and quiet. We plan to go back again in the future!
The decor in the rooms was dated and in need of a little TLC.

fast Check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and had a seperate small living room, bedroom with large beds, small and convenient bathroom. Nice view from the window looking out on the Ordesa mountains. Private parking (but very busy sometimes) just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and good variety of food. Decorations in the room, breakfast room and hallways were very nice.
Staff speaks mainly Spanish and very little English. Breakfast was sometimes a little less fresh (bread and lukewarm coffee). Everything is a bit outdated and could use small renovations.

The property is uniquely charming. It is a family owned business that clearly has invested much personal care and attention. The breakfast is so wonderful with an amazing variety of breads, pies, cakes, hams, cheeses, potato casseroles, fruit, juice, milk, cereals, yoghurt among other things. They even have very hot milk for your coffee if you like coffee latte in the morning. All through the facility, you will see the family’s most unusual collection of art and artifacts both from this part of Spain and abroad. We love the close location to the National Park and the awesome view of the mountains. The town of Torla is stunningly beautiful as are the mountains and valley. This hotel is a very lucky find!
As it is a older hotel, the walls are a little thin if you are a light sleeper. But it didn’t bother us.

Excellent location, nice personnel. They helped us to take the best walking routs without us having a car. The hotel provides you also with a map and recommendations to eat. Views are great. Terrace near the hotel is very nice too if you do not have a balcony
Please stop cleaning the tables with strong-smelling detergents during breakfast - this is not necessary and very disturbing in morning hours while you try to enjoy your food. The bed was not very comfortable but possible to sleep. Also would be nice to add some tea/coffee to the rooms as we have there kettle there

We loved the staff, the decor, the furniture, and the location. Rooms were historic from an older time period but still very functional and clean. Staff went out of the way to wait for us to arrive late past 12 am. They also provided good tips on where to hike. Eat and buy local delicacies like local made cheese. They also let us know of the weather forecast for the day before going out. Cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating; Thanks to Maria-Jose for helping with our requests! Would recommend to my friends anytime!
There were some flies, but that seems to have been the same throughout the town not just the hotel, and the staff were quick to help once we told them. Shower water splash wall did not keep water from splashing onto floor. So need to use lots of towels to dry. Might be fixed with some caulking by hotel.

A family run hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. This is my favourite hotel in the Pyrenees. Situated in Torla, the gateway to the Ordesa valley. Superb breakfast.
Nothing I didn't like. Everything here is very good. I will visit again and again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. We had a well appointed room which I think had been refurbished and it was modern and tastefully done. This with a balcony with terrific views. All the staff were extremely helpful and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel even provided a garage for the motorcycle parking.

The hotel staff. It is family run, every detail is done by a family member: the furniture, the decor, the breakfast menu. When the mini fridge in the room was not working, they gave us access to store the baby food in the kitchen fridge. When we were late on arrival, somebody stayed at the reception to check us in.
