The location was good. The view was very good. The staff was amazing.

There was a strong odor of mildew when entering the room. Probably a result of not having an air conditioning, running and condensation building up on carpet and walls. The floor and the bathroom didn’t feel clean. The towels had hair on them.

I love the view of the ocean from the room, nearby restaurants with good food, and walking gate to the beach.

It wasn't updated, no plugs to charge phones, & the room had a bad odor.

The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious, I enjoyed the hot tub, pool, & fitness center.. they have a bar& grill in the premises also.

The walkways & elevator needs some cosmetic work, maybe deep clean the carpet.

Great location on the beach and quiet. Gulf view was phenomenal. Room was clean, but dated.

No complimentary ice, there was a charge for bagged ice on site.

The Employee they have at the front desk kadeshia is not friendly and have a nasty attitude, and needs to be let go before she ruins the Business, she told me that my room would be facing the road and when I booked through booking.com I thought for sure I had booked a room facing the beach, so she went on to tell me I needed to call booking to make changes instead of her explaining to me that I could pay the difference for a beach view, also another guess that was there had problems with her kadeshia charging his credit card twice but a big thanks to Alex who was very friendly and got me in a room facing the beach

I liked that it was right on the beach and the people didn’t seem out of control or loud. The free wifi was nice and the AC blew cold when it was on. The staff was also very friendly and had good smiles and attitudes.

The tile in my floor was a bit slippery I think due to the cleaner they used but it wasn’t that big of a deal just a bit dangerous, the fridge was also not on an even surface so would tilt depending on what all was in it but again wasn’t a big deal. I do think the sheets could be better though because they didn’t feel very great and almost had an extra texture on top of them.

The pool area was much nicer than our previous visit. New seating and umbrellas were added. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing! Location was great. We rented an umbrella and it was up and waiting for us in the day we reserved it at the location we requested. Over all we enjoyed our stay at this resort. We will return and refer our friends.

The elevator was scary. It stalled a few times and we took stairs a number of times. Which was fine but when we went to the beach we had a pretty big load and was not very inconvenient. Trimming weeds around the property may limit dragon flies. Carpet in our room was super dirty. We wore shoes in the room. Otherwise the room was clean.

The staff could not be nicer, kinder or more professional. The beach was 25 ft away, beautiful setting. Pool and hot tub great. Room was Hugh, clean and bed sooo comfortable. I've already booked a flight to go back again next year. I just got home. I want to thank Beachside Resort for making my much needed vacation truly like paradise .

Well the only negative it would of been nice if the restaurant and bar was open. We were there Monday to friday and the only day it was open was Thursday. The drinks and food was very good. We would of ate there and had our cocktails 🍸 there everyday had they been open.

Location was perfect. Out on the end of town, away from the crowd and busy part of town. The pool was very clean and nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Room service was very nice and tended to our needs in a timely manner .

It was a little out dated . We stayed 2 extra nights in a hotel across town that was not beach front for half the price per night and it was like a 5 star vs I'd rate this one around 2.5 or 3 . This hotel said it had a kitchen and it only had a microwave sink and full size fridge.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my booking and they went out of their way to make it right. Not only did they make it right they upgraded me at no additional cost. I can't speak more highly of how well the staff did. I had a problem with the door lock and maintenance came down and immediately replaced the door lock assembly without delay.

The facility is a bit dated and could certainly use renovation. It's a great location and it would have been nice if it had a few more amenities. It wasn't as clean as I have seen most Resorts however the staff were constantly busy taking care of the facilities.
