If you are wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach this is the place to be. The resort is located in a quiet serene area. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool which was wonderful to walk out from our room to the pool and for a swim. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of choices and the dinner were delicious. We took advantage of the activities such as the hand massage and cooking class went for a tour of the golf course and the resort area. We also used the drive service to go into the town to the caves. The gym is also well equipped

Breakfast was delicious and the Thai iced tea on demand at breakfast had me drooling! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. I had messed up the booking date but they were able to sort it out for us. Taking out the paddle boat into the lake was great. Both pools were amazing and great options for small children. Loved it all! Would definitely come back! Also it was super quiet and peaceful.

Liked it all! The hotel should consider making a small mini golf course. There seems to be lots of land and accessible water for mini golf course features. It would be amazing for children and adults could use it to work on their short game.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! I stayed for just one night because I had personal errands nearby, and it seemed like the best option in the area. From the security guard to the reception staff, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I booked a pool-view room, so in the morning, I could step straight from my balcony into the pool. The water was the perfect temperature, and the view was beautiful. I have to give special credit to the staff and service at Tourmaline Spa, the hotel’s in-house spa. I’ve been to a lot of spas, but this was easily one of the best. Ms. Nok, who took care of me, has training in Thai traditional medicine and clearly knows her stuff. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic care—I felt like this is what Thai massage is truly meant to be. My spouse and I loved it so much we ended up going back for a second visit! I’ll definitely stay longer next time.

It was a beautiful resort with an amazing view , we loved the pool and the fitness area , It was about a 50 minute drive from the Khao Lak area , It had a nice restaurant on the resort too , we didn't have any issues at all during our stay definitely recommend this place.

A lovely chance to relax in beautiful quiet surroundings, in a hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The spa was a haven of peace and complemented the golf course setting. The restaurant staff were excellent and provided a variety of good local and European cuisine.

We stayed in the bungalows adjacent to the hotel, which although very well maintained and clean, felt a little basic but provided good value accommodation.

The resort is amazing with amazing views, staff are friendly, the restaurant is also perfect. Overall , the views were magical , recommended

Our room, spacious and contemporary, with a view on the lake was superb. The staff were friendly. It's truly a paradise for golf lovers.

At breakfast, most items, which were supposed to be kept warm by flame wax, were cold because no one was replacing the wax. It happened each morning during our stay.

The view is amazing! Truly breathtaking! The staff is kind and lovely! We would love to come back.

Be aware that there is only traditional Thai restaurants around. The hotel restaurant suggests few western dishes but also, mostly Thai.. We brought a lot of healthy snacks with us and it was helpful

Unreal views, large luxurious rooms, loved the jacuzzi on the balcony!

Staff are young & polite but very little english with most, takes a bit to get information. A more detailed map for guests would also be very helpful because the resort is massive! Overall an amazing place though

Lived everything about this place except for the resturant. They dont bring the right meal, forgot my food once. They charge extra for nothing, everything else was perfect. They dont offer bike rental so if u dont have ur own transportation.. its away from everything
