My bungalow was clean, bed comfortable, shower spacious and with good water pressure and good airco. It was cleaned daily with added fresh towels, water bottles replaced and new coffee pouches added. Staff is incredibly nice and accommodating.

Not really something that can by fixed by the owners, but a piece of road leading to the property is unpaved, stony and poorly lit. I'd often walk to the bang niang market and it was doable, but it wasn't my favorite part, especially at night.

the location is really secluded. you need a scooter for everything, but you can rent it from the owner (though for a bit higher price than in the town). bed was hard as a rock ( a very hard mattress literally on a concrete block). the swimming pool didn’t look clean, so I didn’t feel like using it

Nice new place in Khao Lak with a pool, a really tasty breakfast every day, and really nice rooms. We enjoyed the quiet location among the rubber plantations. Good value for staying in Khao Lak.

The location was pretty far up the hill from the town and far away from the beach, and the roads getting there are narrow in places.

I liked my stay very much. Friendly Staff, Very Clean, Nice Pool. The check-in was very easy. The bungalow is nice and has space. Enough place to hang up stuff. Big bed, maybe a little to hard! I was very calm at night and day ;-) The motorbike I rented directly at the hotel was in a very good condition and handover was completly uncomplicated. With the motorbike you are in 3-4 minutes at the main road. Without a motorbike or car you have to walk a while. To much for me ;-) They were very helpful and let me stay in the room for some more hours after check-out, before I got picked up.

Just a very small thing... The WiFi was fine for working, but not the best performance in total.

Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of town. Pleasant staff, decent breakfast and honesty beer fridge.

We had to get taxis everywhere - not too far into town but too far to walk.

A location is so quiet. Every evening was perfect listening to sounds of nature. Staff was super helpful. A swimming pool great size and rooms clean and spacious.

This small place is hidden in a side street, away from the noise of the main big road but close enough to all amenities (2km). It is quiet, peaceful and very well kept. Rooms are nicely decorated and spotless, the owners are lovely and very helpful, breakfast is nice and there is variety for all tastes!

Had a lovely couple of nights here! Nice location away from the main road but close enough to get to things. We were able to hire a scooter for a good price at the hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful! Big shower with hot water, some water provided on arrival, a great aircon and extra facilities! Would definitely recommend a stay here :)

very nice bungalow , very nice staff, very good breakfast. its possible to rent a scooter. the way to the bungalow is good - except the last 100 meters :) but if you driving slowly it´s no problem
