The pool and gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance of restaurants, laundry, markets and most things you would need. Khao Lak beach was 20 minute walk, but that part of beach is mostly large resorts. We liked that beach for sunset, but staying a whole day. We liked Coconut Beach for the whole day. Based on reviews about the breakfast, my expectations were met. The breakfast was repetitive but fine. We brought our own avocados, other fruit and oat milk which changed things up a little.

Would be wonderful if breakfast included a larger variety of fruit and fresh juice, more tea options. Also, I noticed a hotel shuttle van in the parking lot. Would have been wonderful if the hotel offered transportation to Coconut Beach for example, even for a fee. Would have been more cost effective to share transportation with other guests going to beach in morning and returning in afternoon.

Lovely Resort in Khao Lak - perfect location about 20 min walk from Khao Lak Beach. We did not want to stay on overtouristy and hectic main drag and this was a great and quiet location exactly as advertised. The road to the beach goes through "downtown", so you will see you're not missing out on anything. Rooms were large and clean, WiFi worked perfectly, staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived from Koh Phayam and arranged the car with a driver through the staff here - they offered better prices than 12goAsia, the ride from Ranong went perfectly fine, so we also booked the next ride with them, to take us all the way down towards Koh Mook (we checked and once again they offered better prices). We also arranged a day trip to Khao Sok National Park through them - it went great! Loved the breakfast: they had both local and Western food, plus the egg station.

Wow this place is a gem! The hotel is in an excellent condition, everything was super clean and beautifully minimalistic decorating, we loved everything! The staff- super nice and attentive, the pool was great and refreshing! The bed is so comfortable we both had a very good sleep… It’s just a few meters from the main road so you can enjoy the quiet and the green views but still be very close to everything you need. Since it’s low season, breakfast was made by request, basic but definitely all we needed! The place is just beautiful and we are coming back next month!

Nothing really. If you’re traveling without a car/motorbike it’s still pretty close to the Main Street of Bang Niang… but very to have a vehicle in Khao Lak in general:)

Lovely hotel and great location with friendly welcoming staff. Pool room was lovely and a huge comfy bed with a good size bathroom and facilities. Laundry was done quickly, aid recommend the hotel.

The pool access room is directly opposite the sun loungers so people on sunbeds look into the room and we had a guy next door who smoked constantly so smelt bad. Shame the pool doesn't have sun but was refreshing. The coffee was not good in the morning but the rest was OK.

The hotel is very atmospheric. You have a pool for swiming and a decorative shalow pool between villas for cooling and view. All territory is drowning in orchard full of flowers. Villas are exceptionally comfortable. They even have a wardrobe room, very convenient to put all your staff out of your own eyes. Staff is very attentive and hospitable. Even rates for taxi and additional services are on the cheaper side for Khao lak.

No such thing, even photos were worse than reality

This was not a huge but very nice hotel that exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was not too crowded with tourists so we did not have any problem finding a table during the breakfast or sunbed near the pool. The staff was nice and very helpful - we asked for 2 rooms close together and they provided connected rooms - so it was just perfect. We arrived after midnight, but the staff still was waiting for us. Breakfast was great - everything you need and every day there was something new to taste! The pool was good. The environment around the hotel was nice and clean - a lot of trees. You are not limited to going only to one beach - you can take a taxi and choose to go to different beaches what we did. The 8fish restaurant and beach nearby we liked the most - it was not crowded, very clean, it was possible to find a shadow, and had good food.

The Internet was OK, but from time to time it disconnected. The closest beach is within walking distance but on a hot day or if you want to take a lot of stuff with you it is better to take a taxi.

The garden is gorgeous.. so many plants and flowers! Feels like you’re in some sort of Eden! Location was brilliant, main road is super easy to cross! The resort itself was very quiet and peaceful! The walk in swimming pool rooms were really big and clean! The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay easy and enjoyable! Breakfast had a really good choice but the pastries could benefit from being covered so they don’t dry out. Good bacon, eggs and baked beans! Fruit, yoghurt, pancakes and Thai choices too!

Large swimming pool seemed to always be in the shade of the building

We checked in and the room was nice overlooking to pool . As we were staying for 2 weeks we wanted to upgrade to a villa . And it was lovely big and very clean . With a shallow pool outside I sat in it to read my book . The beds are comfortable. And the staff very nice .

The breakfast was horrible we constantly told them it wasn’t good enough. Everything is cold eggs and bacon. Very limited choices. Even the Thai food was not good. Walk to the beach about 20mins but we knew that . Some good restaurants in route .

Hotel was very nice with garden and pool area. Room and balcony were big enough. Breakfast was decent but not overwhelming. Staff was extremely polite and friendly.

Hotel was a bit too far from center and beach. New highway through Khao Lak was impossible to cross safely. Just a few pedestrian crossing places, but without traffic light they were useless.

The Room was AWESOME !! Spaceious, great bathroom and access to the pool in front of the room. The Staff is awesome and friendly. Breakfast could be a little bit better but i still love this hotel! The Garden is a dream. I will come back if i go on another vacation to khao lak. 7/11 in walking distance as well as a scooter rental station just next door. Laundry around the corner as well as cafe/restaurant.
