We booked for 4 nights and stayed 6 nights The place is even nicer than the pictures! Great location, near to everything The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed was perfect and hot water in the shower (not common in Thailand) The owner was so nice and did everything to help us! The place is quiet and is so nice to just chill in the pool Also the place has a restaurant that opens since 7:00 AM and has very good coffee and breakfast! We enjoyed every minute Thank you!

It's a lovely hotel run by a local owner. He makes the place very special. He is so helpful and genuinely nice. He loves to have a chat with his guests and will help with anything you need during the holiday. He booked my island trips to Similan and Surin islamds ahead of the arrival. He also has an in-house breakfast cafe with great coffee, scooter rental, and laundry services. The location is unbeatable, just opposite from the night market, 7/11, and loads of restaurants. About a 15-minute walk to the beach through lively streets. Despite the hotel being on the main road, my room was quiet and peaceful, and my balcony was facing palm trees and an empty field. There's a decently sized pool and even a reading corner with some books. It's a really nice base for exploring the area and doing trips. If you're looking for great value for money, look no further. :)

Another very pleasant surprise on the way to Thailand. This Hotel has an excellent location and despite being by the road, the rooms and the hotel pool are completely quiet. The rooms are simply furnished in MUJI style. The view from the balcony is pleasant. Air conditioning, safe, comfortable beds, cleanliness and a very pleasant hotel owner. The possibility to rent scooters and, in addition, an excellent cafe at the reception and a divine breakfast. I would very much like to go back there.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is perfectly located in Khao Lak, near the main area. We loved our stay here - the owner was so helpful and nice, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe too! If we will come back to Khao Lak we will choose this hotel again! Many thanks!

The room is very comfortable and big. They clean it everyday. The owner is very helpful The location is excellent and also even if it is on the main street in the room you can't hear the traffic It is a very good value for money location

Very relaxed, quiet (some noise market days but most places close round midnight. Housekeeping adjusted cleaning after guest preference. Owner very friendly

The rooms were clean & spacious. Location was superb, across from Bang Niang market. The host was always around to make sure the property was clean & presentable.

The pool is nice but many smokers were by the pool. So i didn’t use it.

Clean and everything works - pool nice and clean and good for cooling down. Arr is owner and quite obliging.

Unfortunately at back of hotel - a big area of land which apparently was filled with green plantshas been totally cleared. Now looks like a very big sandpit.

Got two rooms side by side with a live view of the hills. Nice and quiet, very clean, we had everything we needed. Kettle, water, hairdryer and lots of fresh towels

A few mosquitoes in the room and bathroom.
