Bedroom with a separate living room and refrigerator was a plus. Loved the sink with two faucets especially the two rain shower heads in the shower. Concierge took care of our luggages while we were away since we got there early and was not given a room until 2pm. Location is close to shops and restaurants.

Front entrance (with sliding door) sometimes do not work and the front desk staff had to press a button to open the door. Secondly, we were out until 1 in the morning and the front entrance was locked and no one was at the front desk to open the door to let us in. Check out time was too early 10 am versus 1100.

Excellent position just 2 minutes walk from the obelisk. Our room was very comfy and the mattress was perfect to sleep in. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of pastry and salty options. The Staff is very helpful and sweet!

This is more of a suggestion: you could provide a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful - no matter their different roles whether reception, room maid or the breakfast service - and sorting out problems unrelated to the hotel. Also the breakfast was excellant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave nice tips and let us change our room into a much better one. The first room had no wifi range to the bedroom and a bad view towards the inner area.

The rooms are a bit unfinished it feels like, the walls are empty and cold. The street outside was dark at night, the lamps were not on for some reason.

Very good location. Generous breakfast with many options. The hotel successfully accommodated a not so common group - 3 friends wanting one room with 3 separate beds.

With reference to the location, it is a hotel located in a central area, but the streets leading to the hotel are narrow, and to some extent very lonely, which for the tourist makes it feel a little unsafe, although there are policemen around the place. I witnessed a couple of individuals who assaulted a person and fled.

the curtains in my room (202) were coming loose from their hooks, the bathroom walls were a bit deteriorated.

Hotel was completely renewed and looks amazing pretty comfortable and location is awesome right in the middle of everything

Common areas do not have A/C so were pretty hot

The room and sitting area were fabulous. It was within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Buenos Aires
