We stayed at Rio Hotel during our trip to Ciudad del Este and found the location perfect — close to all the major stores and malls. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus in the area. Breakfast was good, and the on-site restaurant is a convenient option for dinner. If you feel like exploring, there are also several interesting restaurants nearby, including some Taiwanese and a very nice Korean place. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized. We were traveling with our young daughter, and the hotel was very accommodating — the first time they provided a little bed with a mattress for her, and the next time even a crib. She had a great time! We enjoyed our stay so much that we already came back for a second visit — and everything was just as good the second time around!

Minor downsides: the shower doesn’t have a handheld showerhead. But overall, a great stay and we would definitely return again!

The building is very nice, spacious and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is nice and the bed really comfortable. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is wide and good but it doesn't have a lot of veggie options.

The internet signal in the room was very week so it was difficult to watch anything on the T.V.

Breakfast choice was excellent. Food in restaurant on an evening was excellent also.

When I looked for an hotel at Iguazú Falls which is in Argentina, top of the list of Hotels offered by Booking.com was this hotel. I don’t know why Booking.com offered this as an Iguazú Falls hotel when it is in fact in Paraguay.

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms are good size with all the commodities. The restaurant’s food was tasty and drinks are good as well!

It was all good but the restaurant staff in the morning is judgy. They judge you by the way you dress.

Nice, modern hotel, rooms big enough, nice shower. Convenient restaurant and bar inhouse. Friendly and helpful staff. Not all of them speak English, also not in the restaurant, but we managed.

Not the cleanest room we ever had, quit a bit of dust everywhere. The towels reached the end of their live. Some of them already died: they were worn down to the thread. Not a fan of the location. It is in the Chinese neighborhood, so bring an apetite for Chinese food

The hotel was new and modern and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very good location close to several good Chinese restaurants. Very good breakfast spread, the baked goods are especially good. The wifi was very good.

The bed was on the firmer side. The fitness room has very limited equipment.

Modern style, good bed, kettle, quality and service of restaurant very good, posibility of getting some goods at night, breakfast variations.

Nothing to lament about

Location is good, lobby is nice (always AC too cold) not comfortable to work on computer from common areas (lobby), very stylish hall with low chairs and sofas; very good breakfast

Rooms are small, nylon under the bed linen are too plastic unpleasant to sleep on.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet room, perfect breakfast and I was really happy inside, the location and especially neighbors still should be improved by city government
