Location to the city and mass transportation. Staff waited because the train was late and called me a taxi.
Crappy pillows. No 24x7 staff. Heating appeared to be on a timer. Skimpy on the number of towels and blankets (duvees) provided. Rules about damage to the facilities is in German. Something this important should be in English as well.

The room had modern forniture, clean and with all accessories. The staff was friendly and flexible. My big dog was welcome.
