The concept was interesting. Liked the size of the bed and the mattresses were comfortable for Europe. Staff was friendly.

Parking was quite limited at night! No elevators. AC was good but could be stronger.

It was really convenient for us because we were traveling and we booked it last minute. The check-in process is done online as there is no reception.

This is ( as it says) tin - container room which I was very happy to tr. I traveled on 17/18 August and local temperature was only 27C but south facing room with glass entrance door and no windows made the room unbearably hot. ( I reckon it was over 30C in the room !!) The airConditioning system is not your standard a/c unit but some kind of central unit giving the option of cool air blowing just above the bed- however this was not sufficiently cooling as it took over 4 hours to cool the room down after turning it on upon my arrival. The advertised help contact number was not answered so I could not ask for additional assistance. Not having any windows and being on the ground floor meant I could not have any fresh air over night

I booked this stay whilst I was on the road for 16 hours that day. I was hoping for some rest on a long drive. I showed up at the property which is situated in a industrial estate. There was no check-in there was no information on how to get into the room. I had to go around the block search for someone to give me some information, fortunately a neighbour was around and had the number of the shack. The owner showed up and I apologized I did not have internet. The owner showed us around our rooms. As we said ok thank you for letting us in, he commented "Read your mail" in a very condescending and rude tone and walked away before I could respond. Here is my response, I showed you the emails I got and I did not receive the check-in information which you arrogantly believed had been sent. I have now attached the actual check-in information I received 30 hours after I made the booking, way past my stay. Maybe look into a new system because this obviously doesn't work, or have someone at the location at all time to handle these issues. It sounded like this was not the first time from your neighbour. In terms of the location and hotel Location was abysmal, dark, scary industrial estate with very little movement. The hotel itself was horrible as lights from the traffic that moved passed would shine a light through the front door (glass) and wake you up at night. The walls were very thing and conversations of your neighbours could be heard. This was a little worrying and it did feel unsafe. There is no separation of bathroom and bedroom, so if you lay a stinky one be ready for a period of time of your significant others defecation whilst you try to fall asleep. Tip to owner, do not be rude to your guests, you had to show up at 11pm not because of us, but because your system didn't work. I cannot believe I apologised only for you to make a comment like that. I do not care if this was your booking system, or the booking provider, Do not be rude.
