The property was very clean and the breakfast room very modern.

The hotel is situated right next to the main road, so sleeping with a window open can be challenging. The part our rooms were in, were rather oldish and not very modern. Maybe this was because we were traveling with dogs. Also, there were two very long, loose cables at our balcony, which did not feel very safe, especially when it started raining.

Modernly furnished and in a nice position. Kind staff and very good breakfast. The triple room has the third bed located in a separate room and both of them have a smart TV.

No A/C and nor elevator, but still a worth for the price. And the room finishing is superior for a three star.

Room was clean and well maintained. Good shower and towels. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location on the Mosel in quiet area.

Restaurant was closed on the night we stayed ( Friday ). A little noisy from nearby train line but not excessively.

The owner and the supporting stuff provide a good relation to the guest. They helped me to park properly the car. As an expression of senior guest welcome i got a gift - see photo attached. Breakfast was fine , wide assortment, very fine decorated room with various historical items.

In the bathroom there are no hooks for clothes/towels on wall. No soapbox in the shower corner. My comment about have been accepted by the owner.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was great, hospitality was great. Even though they were open in the evening, I managed to get a glass of wine and sit on the terrace and read in the evening.

Good location and good rooms with nice view. We slept at the highest floor.

Our arrival was not really friendly welcomed. I guess just because the hostess has lack of English.

We stayed only one night, but it is a great place for all who likes to stay several nights as well. The next bus stop is very close and opening the space to discover the surroundings area of Koblenz. The breakfast was very delicious and wide variety of food. All people working here were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, therefore no negative thing I can say.

Comfortable room, beds are good. Room (at the backside of the hotel) was very quite. The possibility to have dinner in the restaurant is very pleasant. Good food and nice wines. Breakfast was very rich. We had a stop over here on our way home, but will definitely be back for a longer stay.

No lift ,found difficult to carry all belongings climbing all the way to room. if you are a youngster it should not matter much but elders might need help.
