the room (double room, perfect for a couple) was VERY clean, and the staff was very nice as already reported by other customer. You can park on the street, you can park on the hotel's smaller parking lot (there are chargers for electric cars), or you can park underground. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we saw its restaurant is big. We would/will definitely return. It was not cheap, but fair. Cost/benefit was very good.

Pleasant location on the river bank. Very quiet, clean, sympathetic staff, nice facilities. We really liked the frog pond!

There is one issue with the location.. Although the spot on the river bank is very nice, it's quite far away from the center and train station (about 30 minuets walk). So if you don't have a car, take this under consideration since there is no public transportation going there either

The beer garden was lovely. It was right on the Mosel. I found the bed comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town and about 7 minutes further to the promenade on the Rhein.

G was closed but food could be ordered and eaten in the beer garden. The ordering and pick up process was confusing.

location of the hotel, room, restaurant, food, parking arrangement, I liked almost everything. Superb hotel

bed was uncomfortable even as a single bed, specifically for taller and healthy persons. A king/queen size bed is more appropriate for a great hotel like CONTEL hotel.

Location is nice. Staff very helpful. Airconditioning worked. A nice and spacious bathroom.

Other noisy guests and smoking on the balcony is allowed. Makes no smokers to keep clear of the balcony and no open windows while sleeping.

The location was great, they have a garage as well, the room was spacious, the ladies at the reception were very helpful

Hotel that had the "holiday in the south" feeling, although it was not on the beach. Nice relaxing and spacious with a large beer garden area incl. a lake.

The internet was supposed to cover all areas, but did not cover the rooms, looks like they want you to go downstairs to the beer garden to drink and do internet if needed. I did not like that, I need my internet for reading the morning news.

Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.

Facilities are a bit dated but the rooms are wonderfully large, with kettle and mini fridge. Lovely walk along the river.

Long ways from train station, probably better suited as a motel for people driving through.

Clean hotel, clean room, good breakfast, beautiful beer garden, friendly staff. On the Mosel bike path. Walking distance to historic Koblenz
