the room (double room, perfect for a couple) was VERY clean, and the staff was very nice as already reported by other customer. You can park on the street, you can park on the hotel's smaller parking lot (there are chargers for electric cars), or you can park underground. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we saw its restaurant is big. We would/will definitely return. It was not cheap, but fair. Cost/benefit was very good.

Pleasant location on the river bank. Very quiet, clean, sympathetic staff, nice facilities. We really liked the frog pond!

There is one issue with the location.. Although the spot on the river bank is very nice, it's quite far away from the center and train station (about 30 minuets walk). So if you don't have a car, take this under consideration since there is no public transportation going there either

The beer garden was lovely. It was right on the Mosel. I found the bed comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town and about 7 minutes further to the promenade on the Rhein.

G was closed but food could be ordered and eaten in the beer garden. The ordering and pick up process was confusing.

Hotel that had the "holiday in the south" feeling, although it was not on the beach. Nice relaxing and spacious with a large beer garden area incl. a lake.

The internet was supposed to cover all areas, but did not cover the rooms, looks like they want you to go downstairs to the beer garden to drink and do internet if needed. I did not like that, I need my internet for reading the morning news.

Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.

High level of cleanliness and maintenance. Staff at reception and restaurant was very nice. The hotel was a bit far from the Eck but the location was very easily approachable by car. It is a peaceful location also. Lots of parking space both underground and on the road. Breakfast spread was varied and very good quality.

AC was not powerful in the double room. The single room booked for our son did not have AC. Hotel may think of having AC in single rooms also, because rooms are suffocating. The restaurant did not have much variety in the dining menu.

The breakfast selection was very good. The pillows were comfortable, the hotel overall was very clean! I liked the location right next to the river. Staff ws very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop about 3 minutes down the street, bus number 3/13 takes you right into the city center in a few minutes or to the main train station in 15 minutes. There is a giant grocery store and a clothing store just a few minutes walk.

The bed was a little bit too hard for me but I am a small person so I think for regular or heavy people it is great! Thats all. Everything else was very nice.

Not a thing

Clean, well presented and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and willing to assist. Good underground parking with separate walled bays, felt my motorcycle was safe in there. You get lucky bags with treats if you decide not to have room cleaning each morning. Easy walk down the Moselle river path into town.

Quirky place with friendly staff and lovely beer garden. In walking distance to the city along the river Mosel. Clean rooms and free parking.

Came back to the hotel form de city in the evening and wanted an drink at the bar before go to sleep, but the bar was closed. At least we could habe a beer in the beer garden.
