I booked at the last minute because my original accommodation got cancelled and this room fully met my expectations. There is nobody at the reception in the evening but the phone check-in with a key code worked at the end well. It would be just nice to adjust the SMS/message saying to call the hotel in advance (or at least it can be understood like this) plus it would be nice to get a normal card/key even for a late check-in. But still better than no late check-in at all. It looks like the hotel is being renovated and there is still much to do but my room was clean and fully ok for one night.

Very cool building in a very interesting town. The reception guy was very friendly. I think originally Indian, but spoke German and English well. Room was very clean, with a very nice bed. Also nice to have a table and chairs, we had breakfast there. The view is really cool with the town and the mountain + trains going up and down. Price was very right, especially for the quality of the place. There is also parking for 8 cars or so. We always were able to get a spot. Very much recommended!

Nothing really, it was just really nice, very practical, beautiful building and very affordable. The pool was closed, but we didn't have swimming gear with us, and the outside pool was a bit dirty... but it was December and not in use. So that makes sense.

The location was good and the elevators worked.

The internet on the side where my room was did not work. The breakfast did not look appetizing. I had breakfast at Emser Therme when they opened at 9:00 am.

The building itself and its location: on a hill, and at walking distance from the train station. The room was really comfortable, its interior decoration outstandingly tasteful, beautiful. The bathroom is and has all one could wish for.

Nobody was there at the reception on arrival, but I probably arrived at an unusual time. After a call everything was settled.

Great hotel with charm! We loved the combination of historic flair and modern amenities at the Parkhotel Bad Ems. We also really appreciated the free parking and the good connections to hiking and cycling trails in the Lahn Valley. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

The Parkhotel in Bad Ems is truly a little paradise. Great room, super clean, clean bathroom, and a beautiful view of the Lahn River. The breakfast buffet was particularly delicious. The owner works with great passion.

Very good room. Responsive staff. Answered all questions and gave recommendations. The hotel is located away from the main traffic, but not far from the transport interchange. In general, the hotel left a positive impression. Breakfast was good.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. Spacious room, spotless bathroom, and friendly staff made it feel like a higher-class property. Everything was smooth and comfortable.

wide bed was supportive and comfortable, giving me restful sleep each night. Combined with the quiet atmosphere, it was easy to relax after long days.
