Emser thermal is 100m away, super apartment location. Room is as advertised with living room with well equipped kitchen and separate room with dining table, 2 chairs. Bed is very comfortable. Parking on street between 1800 to 0800am for free or 5 euro at emser thermal underground parking lot (to include overnight) less than 100m away. Checkin by box code with key inside, super convenient. Apartment manager is assessable, responsive and speaks English better than me, kudos. Rewe food store is 75m away.

I stayed in 2 different apartments in the last 10 days, whilst visiting Bad Ems. The hosts were pleasant and helpful and kindly arranged for me to check out late and store luggage. The property is ideally located for the Emser Therme, which is 2 minutes walk away and is situated on a quiet road. The surrounding area is peaceful, with local shops, supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep. Apartment 5 in the main house was light and spacious with high ceilings and French windows, leading out onto a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The Rose apartment (annexe) was smaller but cosy. In both apartments everything was comfortable and clean. Check-in and out was contactless and easy, with good instructions. Parking: you can park for 1 hour between 8-18:00 Monday to Saturday, so fine for unloading luggage. Outside of these hours, parking is free. You can leave your car in the Emserthermen Hotel car park (5 mins. walk away), for as long as you like and overnight for a fee of 5 Euro per day. You only pay the total amount on exit. Communication: The hosts were available remotely on WhatsApp, however I would have given a score of 10, if communication had been quicker.

On a driving tour round Europe and enjoyed the Spa at Baden Baden so much we decided to come to Bad Ems. Had been in hotels for the last week, so lovely to have our own space for a couple of days. Quiet, clean, nice terrace for a beer and short walk to the Spa. Local supermarket has an amazing beer selection, car was a bit heavier on the way home. ( cheapest parking of the tour too !)Perfect thanks.

Clean, comfortable, good location, everything I needed. The property managers were very responsive when I had a question. Good cafe down the street and a Rewe supermarket also.

Not a bad thing but just to be aware - no elevator. Also, street parking was plentiful but could be tricky in a different season. But more parking is not too far away.

Spacious and cozy apartment, 5 minutes walk from the thermal spa. Very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The microwave was a nice touch, especially when I needed to heat up milk or pancakes for my child's breakfast. Parking was not a problem.

It is close to a very good supermarket. The residents can shop for fresh food and cook easily. We can either have dinner indoors or outdoors.

The room we have is close to the garbage cans. It easily creates small flies. I also dislike the shag carpet.

It‘s a cute small flat, the street was quiet, located perfectly between the Therme and a street with restaurants and cafés.

There were no shampoo and shower gel available, which was confirmed by the staff saying „it‘s not listed“ in the description. This should be a basic in every kind of lodging, since it‘s a basic hygiene need. There is no excuse, even if it‘s not included in the description (maybe a disclaimer about it). A small but disappointing detail, honestly.

Great apartments, very clean and if I needed anything the host replied promptly and was able to assist. Gorgeous area that is peaceful and clearly well looked after. Will definitely come back and stay again.

I have no complaints

The large apartment had two rooms, well furnished with reasonable storage space and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Since we were away most of the day, we managed to park just opposite in the street which was free between 6pm and 8am plus one hour if you set a time card in your car. However, we didn't see any sign of a warden in the four nights we stayed. You could also park cheaply on meters in the street above or use the carparks recommended by the hotel. Short walk to the ReWe supermarket and restaurants. We found the apartment very comfortable and roomy.

Room faced west and with the full sun was very hot in the evenings and at night. Shower head drooped.

This place surprised me. I was hiking the Lahn and planned on staying for a night. The room is at the back of the building, in the courtyard. Super clean and very nicely designed. Since it is at the back of the building it was very quiet even though it is right in the middle of town.

I left not having anything which I was not happy about. After my departure I received an email from the owners asking "Eine kostenfreie 10 Punkte Bewertung hilft uns sehr, eine gute Sichtbarkeit auf den Reiseportalen beizubehalten". I find the begging for 10 point reviews a bit too much. I was ready to give them 10 points anyway and then this email arrived. I have taken some time before writing this review as this has stuck with me.
