The intimacy of the hotel yet it felt private enough that you could come and go as you pleased The outside pool was amazing I asked for a room with a view of the valley and got one

Can't fault it ...so cosy and inviting and staff were very pleasant and accommodating I felt there could have been more hot items for breakfast No bacon or sausages or toaster

Nice spatious room with 2 double beds and terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Good breakfast! Nice almost private swimming pool, nice garden with toys for little children. Playing grounds in the area. We came by train: this hotel is more suited when you come by car (good parking lot), we walked 50 minutes to the hotel from the train station. Good starting point for walks.

Excellent breakfast, as was dinner. Great location for touring Rhine and Mosel, and short journey into Koblenz. Lovely garden.

It was a tiny bit noisy because of proximity to pool where children were playing, and the corridor was a bit echoey. But this is nitpicking - it didn't really bother us.

This is one of those places you don't want to judge publicly, but keep to yourself. This is the second time I've been there. And it's just such a good place that you just want to keep to yourself. Great staff, excellent food and an overall fantastic place.

Great Breakfast, room very comfortable, slept well. Parking just outside the hotel. Bathroom clean, shower was excellent.

It would have been good to know what time the restaurant was open. We arrived in the evening thinking we would eat at the hotel, only to find it was closed.

The hotel, staff and restaurant were really good and the room was ideal for our two night stay.

The facilities were as expected but could have included means of making hot drinks in our room

The place was nice and clean with good facilities and ample parking . Breakfast was very nice. 

The location is too far to walk into the centre I wanted to eat at the restaurant but they were fully booked. Maybe advice to book ahead. If you want to eat there. The restaurant goes were a bit noisy when they left. 

Great view, outside swimming pool, restaurant and garden area.

Access for people with difficulty of walking, no elevator, rooms and restaurant toilets have stairs

We were for an overnight there but were tempted to stay more :) quiet location, nice scenery. Breakfast and especially coffee were amazing!

We arrived a little bit after 8 pm and the restaurant could not have us :(

I was very surprised when I was asked to pay room rent at the time of checkout. I told that I already paid through booking.com, then the lady at the counter checked again and then she said that room rent is paid but the breakfast is not. I showed my booking.com reservation that breakfast is included then she checked again in her system and this time she found out that breakfast is included. I was very upset with this hotel and booking.com disconnect. By the way, the lady spoke only German.
