Location is near the city center and train/bus station.The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. They have a cute little bar.

The single room is too small. The duvet was too small and too thin (they provide a blanket but I couldn't use it due allergies). If I go back I would definitely book a double room.The trains and the alarm for the rail workers during the weekend/night is a nightmare. I had several small heartattacks because of it! The toiletries were poor (only a shampoo bottle on the wall) and I was promised a coffee/tea maker, there wasn't one in the room.

We stayed for a one night stop-over in Koblenz. The hotel is situated right off the ring road so it's easily accessible. A 10 min walk brings you right to the pedestrian area with the shops and a bit further down the road you have the old town. The room was very big (family room), beds were great. The breakfast itself was really nice: bread, croissants, charcuterie and cheeses, but also muesli, yoghurt, fruit, seeds and nuts if you want to go the healthy way.

There were two layers of curtains that kept out most of the light but real black-out curtains would have been nicer.

The staff are all very friendly and went out their way to meet our needs. I needed to make a collect call back home for an urgent matter, Sebastian at the front desk helped me. Another staff helped us to make reservations with a local restaurant (sorry that we didn’t ask for your name). The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is roomy and very clean. Overall, we can tell this hotel is carefully maintained and cared with love.

The WIFI signal is weak, but it wasn’t a big problem. We are meant to disconnect during our vacation.

The family room was actually a small apartment with doors between the rooms, very spacious and cosy, great lighting, 2 big TVs, nice bathroom, beautiful furniture. The hotel is near the city centre, so you can go on foot there.

I found it a bit odd that it didn't have a fridge, even a small one what most of the hotels (even the not so nice ones) have although there was plenty of space...

Nice location,not noisy,good service.Guy at reception was very kind(Sebastian) and his uniform was so interesting.

I got a room at 4th floor but the phone doesn’t work.Also it was easy to hear a noise from other people at upper floor. I tried few times to call just for ask a questions but it was no connection. My room was tiny but cozy. Breakfast was so poor,I didn’t expect this.

Great location, very friendly and helpfull staff, nice room. The hotel is very close to the city centre and the train station. In our room we had very good noise cancelling windows (i don’t know how else to describe it, but you almost didn’t hear any traffic / trains / noises from the quit busy street when the windows are closed).

Would have loved a water kettle jn the room instead of only a (in our case onfortunately broken) coffee machine.

Location very good, close to central station - it was ideal for us as we were transiting through. Also not to far away from historical center. Hotel was clean, and friendly reception.

I wouldnt say we did not like the breakfast, but it was served very unusually. You are sitted and then the food is brought to you. At the reception we were told that it was very good breakfast, however I would not say that it was worth it. Would opt out for breakfast within the city.

It was great! We were there, family of 10, they organized the breakfast for all of us to be together and separated from the other guests, hotel is super nice, close to the train station. They upgraded one of the rooms for free and was super nice, will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself !

Very friendly personnel. A big cosy room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Exceptionally clean. Walking distance to the center.

Overpriced breakfast - we decided to have our breakfast not at the hotel and we weren't disappointed. Hotel has just a few parking spaces, therefore we had to park outside, at the public parking garage. Though it was close, however information provided by the hotel is not precise.

The staff were helpful and the location excellent for exploring Koblenz. Very clean and modern and spacious room (we were in disabled friendly room).

While facilities were very modern, many things could have been laid out better. Desk very narrow and only a padded stool to sit at it despite the space in the room to have something more useful. Sunken table with telephone place on/in it not very practical. In a sense "over-designed".
