Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff.

It may be worth warning people about the stairs-my father struggled slightly with them. Perhaps an option to request a lower floor room may be suitable? The views from the rooms at rooftop level did make up for this however. It is a shame the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner/drinks.

If you like the German 50s and 60s - this is the place for you! Pretty authentic, I would say. Friendly staff, good breakfast included, the place is clean. Great location in the old town near the „Deutsches Eck“.

If you have luggage, be aware there is no elevator. Stairwell is steep. (Of course, it is an old building!) My room had the shower and toilet in a kind of foyer without a door. Window onto a kind of courtyard with cigarette buts on display. Two steps up to the bed…

Very nice hotel situated in walking distance to everything in the Koblenz Altstadt. We brought bikes which the friendly staff let allowed us to store overnight in a storage room by the reception. Interior is old style (massive wood furniture and wall2wall carpets everywhere), but kept in good condition which gave the place charm. We had a good breakfast buffet that was continuously replenished and were also offered freshly made options not in the buffet. Perfect for a short stay in Koblenz Recommended

This hotel is a lovely property in the Old Town of Koblenz. As such there is no lift or air con but this didn't make any difference to our stay. The weather was pretty warm but there was a small little portable kind of air con unit in the room which was really effective. Our room looked out to the street and up towards the square and it had a little a balcony which we enjoyed sitting on with a drink! The room wasn't very big but you can't expect that in this kind of lovely old property - it was manageable and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room and it was all really nice and fresh with cold meats, cereals, breads etc. and you could have hot scrambled eggs too. We really enjoyed our breakfast here all served with a smile! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed a bit longer! We hope to stay again in the future!

There wasn't anything we didnt like!

I enjoyed this hotel. I stayed in a room for three. And it included a bathroom - even though the booking site did not say so. I was informed that all rooms have a private bath, which was very important to me. The location of this hotel is in a safe part of town, and close to most things. The breakfast was fabulous. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The people were all really kind, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, the breakfast great, wifi working fine, calm hotel

The doors of the shower did not close properly, there was no elevator (going up 2 floors with my heavy luggage was so-so),

The location is super great, perfect for a backpaker who doesn't want to stay in hostels. The price is fair enough. Breakfast good.

I couldn't find the hotel at first, there was no sign. No shower gel and shampoo. The room is so small but it's still okay.

It was a very busy weekend and they moved us to the first floor as soon as a room became available. The staff were very friendly and helped as much as possible. Breakfast was excellent.

We were placed on the 4th floor (no lift) although we had told the we were both over 70 Not enough hanging space in the bathroom in either room.

Very nice accommodation in Altstadt, the historic part of Koblenz. Walking distance to Deutscher Eck. Breakfast was very good and personal accommodating and friendly. Recommended.

The staff members were very helpful; they were willing to accommodate me on my late arrival (02:00) by leaving a key and sending photos of its location. Breakfast was very good, and was served very nicely!

The single bed I slept in was a bit too narrow. It would have been more comfortable to have a slightly wider single bed.
