This hotel is a lovely property in the Old Town of Koblenz. As such there is no lift or air con but this didn't make any difference to our stay. The weather was pretty warm but there was a small little portable kind of air con unit in the room which was really effective. Our room looked out to the street and up towards the square and it had a little a balcony which we enjoyed sitting on with a drink! The room wasn't very big but you can't expect that in this kind of lovely old property - it was manageable and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room and it was all really nice and fresh with cold meats, cereals, breads etc. and you could have hot scrambled eggs too. We really enjoyed our breakfast here all served with a smile! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed a bit longer! We hope to stay again in the future!

There wasn't anything we didnt like!

It was a very busy weekend and they moved us to the first floor as soon as a room became available. The staff were very friendly and helped as much as possible. Breakfast was excellent.

We were placed on the 4th floor (no lift) although we had told the we were both over 70 Not enough hanging space in the bathroom in either room.

The staff members were very helpful; they were willing to accommodate me on my late arrival (02:00) by leaving a key and sending photos of its location. Breakfast was very good, and was served very nicely!

The single bed I slept in was a bit too narrow. It would have been more comfortable to have a slightly wider single bed.

Although quite a walk from the station it was worth it to be near the rivers, cable cars, boats and old squares. Breakfast provided lots of choice and was nice.

A point down for no air con on hot days.

Bicycle storage room available, breakfast decent, great location, functional room.

Lots of stairs to climb to get to my room, the shower facility was fine but the screen door was falling apart.

Host was especially helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. Location was great. Room was nice.

Towels. Street below was a bit noisy late at night.

We liked that the hotel provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants.
