Brilliant that there are now EV charging stations along the front of the hotel as well as all the usual comforts and good breakfast.

Selfish guests parking their non-EV car not just IN an EV space but blocking off TWO at once! Perhaps car registrations should be monitored as, if we'd arrived later, we'd have been stuck unable to charge and no way of asking the guilty party to move.

The hotel was very nice and has plenty of free parking. The room was excellent, has comfortable bed. The bathroom was well organized. The breakfast was good and breakfast area was very nice. It does not take long to get to the center of the town, may be 10-15mins to the the beginning of the pedestrian area. This hotel has reception but it does not work all the time and guests should do the self check-in in front of the door to the lobby, including document verification and payment.

The self check-in is good and handy but the machine to do it is located immediately by the entrance door which has a keypad to enter the code provided to a guest. This location is 100% violation of the privacy because everyone who is entering the lobby can see the information that you enter for check in (passport number, names, etc). Also a person checking in should step away to let the guests entering the building to use that door in the middle of entering information. This is really bad location for the machine.

Located only a short distance from the centre of Koblenz, the hotel provides a great base when visiting the area. Well air-conditioned room with comfortable beds. Good garage storage for bikes.

Unfortunately the door and handle of our bathroom had signs of dried blood from a previous guest. Cleanliness could have been improved a bit.

Don’t come to check in early they ask you to pay €15 I came at 2 pm also need to pay €15.pet friendly €12 for the dog.The room very clean the bed comfortable Free parking. Walk 10 min to the centre.close to the train tracks so you can’t open the window.no kettle in the room.

Simple and clean

The rooms were relatively large, clean and beds were comfortable. The elevator they have was also useful when carrying luggage. Things in the rooms and the hallways looked like being relatively new, so the general impression was good. the hotel is located next to a main road, so access to the travel route was easily without actual time loss. The hotel also relatively close to the old town and the Rhine river, so you can walk there if you like.

The room was a good size and I found the bed really comfortable. Not too far from the old town, about a 10 minute walk and a plus for me was that they have parking on site for only 8€ a night.

I was not keen on the keypad entry to the room.

Good location with an easy access to the central station or to the city center on foot (if you don’t have to carry huge luggage, I would say). The hotel locates near a big road, but I had no problem with the noise and it was quiet enough in the facility. There is a free parking lot on the hotel premises, which was quite easy to find. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Easy check-in/out, convenient location for us, as we were travelling towards France. The room was reasonably clean, although some food crumbs were on my side of the bed, near the window. Apart from that, comfortable beds and lovely shower.

I was travelling for work. Staff is mostly absent, you have to self check in. The room was small but nice and clean. The surroundings don't offer much but it's easy to park so that's what I was looking for.

Confortable and well equipped room. Vending machine. Easy access.

Due to a big event in the city, it was not possible to park at the hotel or even nearby. Also the breakfast room was crowded. This brought also the room price up.
