The hotel is situated right outside the train station, which is very convenient for any travellers coming by train. Rooms are also simple, nice and cozy. The carpark is also very accessible by the Tiefgarage Hauptbahnhof carpark. The rooms are also very close to the Fort Großfürst Konstantin, which is very beautiful in the morning if you can get the right room.

Although it is right by the train station, it isn't exactly very close to anything else. The German Quarter is over a 20 min walk away. The closest supermarket isn't open on Sundays and public holidays. Food options around it are not exactly impressive too, so our dinner was more modest than other days. It is a good location right beside the station, but almost nothing else is close.

The location next to the railway station (pictured - including our train on arrival, the driver hopped out to take a picture too!!) could not be faulted - in the rain when we arrived it was probably three minutes' walk. And indeed, when we left a couple of mornings later, the short walk to the station was appreciated! We had a warm welcome although there was some kind of office function going on and the lobby and bar area were jam packed and noisy. The hotel is very modern and functional, does not have a restaurant except for breakfast - which acutally is excellent with a wide choice for every taste. The room and bed were comfrotable, but no frills - for instance, no coffee facility in the room. However it and the shower room were absolutely spotless.

As mentioned the hotel is very modern and functional so if you're looking for character this isn't the place: it is square, grey with square windows and a grey interior which seems typical of similar modern hotels ... but it serves a particular market which it clearly does very well. Being close to the main station, it is a bit of a walk (fifteen-twenty minutes) to the old town and its many attractions, but the route along the main shopping street of Koblenz is interesting in itself.

Clean updated property. Next to train and bus station but there is peace and quiet in the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby so we did not tried the hotel breakfast. About a 15-20 min walk to downtown Koblenz.

Nothing. All was as expected. We selected this hotel close to train station to visit different towns in the Mosel and Rhine. If you plan to visit towns by boat, stay in the center. Boats depart Koblenz at 9am.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the main railway station, which is very close. This makes it a convernient place to stop-over on a long train journey or when making an early start by train. Although the hotel is adjacent to the bus station and close to the railway station, I found my room well sound-proofed and very quiet. The room was a good size and had all the facilities I needed. The staff were helpful and pleasant and spoke good English when my German was lacking. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast area not too crowded.

One minor issue was with the cable to the hair drier - the outer cable was broken and the inner cable exposed. I reported this defect, but was surprised that such a safety issue hadn't been noticed by staff and repaired. I thought the price for this particular visit was rather high. When I stayed the week before on my outward journey, the price was much more reasonable.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean, just across the main train station. Although it is not in the city centre, there are some shops and restaurants nearby as well as a taxi stand, so it's convenient for travellers. The staff members are polite and professional, all very helpful.

The only reason I didn't rate it 10/10 is that there was no phone in the room, so I couldn't call the reception. I don't remember ever staying in a hotel room with no phone.

Exactly how a real three star hotel should be! The room very nice and spacious, clean and simple but elegant. Excellent location. Convenient parking under the hotel. The price is a bit high, 98€ for the night plus 15€ for the whole day parking. Ok for a short stay but it would be too much for more days. Koblenz as a town a bit disappointing. Described as one of the most beautiful towns in Germany, seemed pretty typical German town, so we were not tempted to stay longer. But the hotel was very nice indeed.

A very functional and modern hotel. Just like in the photos. The location was chosen because we wanted to be close to the train station. A bit far from the Altstadt and city centre, but we didn't mind taking a walk. However the next morning it was raining so we took a bus to see the Deutsches Eck. There are buses right outside the hotel by the central station, which is convenient.

It is a bit sterile in the design, but functional.

Although it was next to the bus station the area was very quiet. My room was big with comfortable twin beds. The bathroom had a large shower with very good pressure. I liked the air con which was not aimed at the beds. There are 2 lifts which worked well especially when going down for breakfast. There were plenty of hangers in the cupboard. A very well-organised place to stay.

Location is second to none. Next to bus and train station! Good coffee served at breakfast.

1. Room and toilet far too small. 2. Staff noted my request for change of towels only and that there’s no need for housekeeping. At the end, no clean towels. Anyway, they were readily available at reception.

The room I stayed in was exceptional - it was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was impressed by how immaculate the hotel was, from the lobby to my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a perfect start to my day.

While overall it was a pleasant experience, I did encounter a couple of issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, there was some noise disturbance on one of the nights. It would be great if there were ways to minimize noise levels to ensure that all guests can have a peaceful stay. Secondly, I noticed that there were no electric car charging stations available in the hotel garage. As someone who travels frequently in an electric vehicle, this was a bit of an inconvenience. It would be wonderful if you could consider installing charging stations to accommodate the growing number of eco-friendly travelers.
