A little bit older hotel. The rooms were a good size. The small fridge was a bonus. All the room amenities were very good - in fact more suited to the needs of travelers than some of the more modern hotels in Europe. The location was quite good vis-a-vis the train station and restaurants.

The shower wand was not adjustable for height (broken), there was no place to put personal toiletries such as shampoo in the shower. Noise carried into the room from outside and the shag carpet in the room, while probably clean, was scary.

I was traveling with a group of twelve, and the hotel was ideal for our needs. The location was perfect - being located just a few minutes from the train station meant that we could easily take day trips by train along the Mosel and Rhein Rivers. It was also very close to the bike rental place, so we could easily walk from the hotel to the bike rental to the train station, making it possible for us to have a lovely day biking on the Mosel and boating on the Rhine. While a bit of a walk into the center of town, it was perfectly doable, and relatively close to the beginning of the pedestrian zone. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast room particularly helpful. The price was very competitive, making it the most affordable option for our group. Staff at the desk was kind. I'd return with another group.

The rooms were not huge, but my single was perfectly comfortable with sufficient room and an efficient-yet-still-comfortable bathroom. There was a snafu with our keys, and they needed to be reactivated. Unfortunately, one person in our group returned late, and when he couldn't get into his room, there was no one at the desk to help him. It required me to make a phone call to the center in Frankfurt in order for him to get access to his room. It was resolved, but a bit of an annoyance.

They had no breakfast available, but there is a great bakery just around the corner. We had to ask them to move us to a new room, which they did, because the floor of the original room reeked of cigarette smoke. Very bad. They quickly moved us to a new floor where everything as ok. The room size was adequate. The room was clean.

I didn't like that they allow smoking, or at least didn't take action to stop the smoking. Their policy is no smoking. The location is about a 1.5 mile walk to the old town. We don't mind that but other's should know to drive or take a bus if they don't want to walk. Koblenz is a very nice town.

To arrange a late check in the property requires you to contact them because the reception is not open 24/7, there's some schedule of working hours. In my opinion, the late check in should be available by default if the guest doesn't show up during the working hours. Also, it would be great if there was a kettle and tea in the room

This is a slightly older looking hotel, but everything is spotless clean, the room is well organized, and the staff at the reception is helpful and friendly. Late checkin was possible using the "key vending machine" on the outside with a code they'll phone you, works smoothly.

Sound insulation isn't great, so the quality of sleep depends a bit on the respectfulness of the guests in the neighbouring rooms.

This is a great hotel to spend a few nights in (or longer). Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed for what you pay. Bed is super comfy. REALLY appreciated the fan and little fridge in the room, which we did not expect. Building has a lift so extra bonus as we are tired of steps :). We have been travelling for 3 months and I must say this hotels information sheet is superb!! Especially for English speaking guests. Their breakfast look so yummy (didn’t have it but went and looked at it). Hot and cold buffet and reasonably priced. Cafe right around the corner, Lidl within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage very safe but make sure you book it as there are limited spots. Can walk down to the Rhine (about 2.4kms to where the boats leave from). Staff are lovely. Book with confidence.

From the friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff at our arrival to the quality and comfort of the room... This hotel is a winner. Due to a huge and anxiety-producing sudden hotel closure in Cologne, we sought shelter last minute at the Trip Inn. It and Koblenz won our hearts forever. Thank you!

I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is easy to reach by car, there is parking available in their garage (12 Euros/night) which is very convenient but there is also parking in the street right in front of the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, check in was fast and hassle free. My room was small, but this is what I paid for. Everything you need it was available in the room (hand soap, shower gel, towels) plus a nice free bottle of water. The room is nicely decorated, it looks new and it was sparkling clean. The hotel is located very central and 400 m from the central station. You have nice restaurants, shops and a bakery just around the corner. I will definitely come back and recommend it further.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the view in our first room and they changed it immediately. They had a fan in the room. The room had space to walk around in and the bathroom could accommodate two people. It was clean. The breakfast was great. They had hot and cold food. The garage only accommodates 12 cars, so please call ahead to make reservations. It is a 15-minute walk straight to the river to walk the boardwalk all the way to the ECK. It was a nice location. We were glad they spoke English well.

It was very nosey in the morning because we had to keep the windows open to stay cool. Was not able to look over the city because the building is only five floors.

Room and location are fine. We didn't partake of breakfast. This is the third time I have stayed here, so obviously I am more than happy with it. About 10 minutes walk from Koblenz Hbf. Also a good location for a walk down to the Rhein, which is very pleasant.
