Excellent first class location on the banks of the Rhine and the rooms with Balconies were also first class, Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the whole hotel and rooms were all very clean. The bathroom was nice, we had to step into the bath for a shower but that was not a problem for us, I would definitely stay here again. The location was close (50m) to the stadtmitte (town centre) and on the banks of the Rhine and the view was fabulous and it was very theraputic watching the beautiful boats going about their business on the river.

I was disappointed that we couldn't get a second night here, but in fairness we were last minute bookings so that cannot be a legitimate criticism.

Extremely friendly staff. We arrived late but the staff was very helpful to help us with parking and still let us order something from the bar. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the other hotel guests all said "Good morning" to each other. Wonderful location on the Rhine river, fantastic for a morning or evening walk. Room had heated flooring, which was a welcome surprise in the winter. Multiple electric car chargers nearby.

Nothing; everything was great. Room could be modernized a bit with some renovation, but it functioned fine as it is.

The location was great for both the train station and the ferries and Touring ships. Our room faced the river, so we could watch the water traffic go by. The Breakfast was more than adequate, with good variety.

No parking at the hotel as was expected. Had to bring car to a parking lot further away than we expected., although it was free overnight until 0800 hours. There was no refrigerator to keep our beverages cold. Lots of stairs to climb if you are on upper floors, although we were warned of that on the website.

Decorated table with rose petals, candles for our anniversary. Location is great for waterfront restaurants and park and main square. Good base to explore Rhein towns and castles. Don’t miss the chairlift.

It would be hot in the summer with no air conditioning or fan. Mattresses were soft despite platform bed. No parking provided so public lots a good walking distance, 6€\24 hours

Great location, right on the river, close to the town centre. I had booked a single room, but was given a very nice double room with balcony overlooking the Rhine. A little dated, but spotlessly clean. Good breakfast selection in a nice bright room with Rhine views. Bar and restaurant for evening meals, but I didn't try the restaurant.

Location was great, we were there just for a temporary stay, on our way to Amsterdam, so we could not do any of the great interesting things one was offered to do. Breakfast was a well organized and rich buffet.

Restaurants around and within the structure closed too early. :( But that was a neglectable detail.

Very convenient location - although Boppard is so compact that everywhere within Boppard is within walking distance

Reception staff were rather abrupt and seemed impatient but this may be due to the fact they were dealing with my questions in English rather than German.

Great selection at breakfast. Restaurant looks across to the Rhine. Garage parking for our motorcycles. Very comfortable bedding.

Not a big deal, the bed frames are low to the floor. More like a child's bed. Soft mattress, but still a good sleep. More of an observation, NOT a complaint.

Location. Balcony overlooking the river

I had email confirmation from the hotel that I had reserved parking in the garage. I was quoted €10 for this. On arrival I was told there was no space in the garage, and had to use public parking.

Our room had a balcony directly in front of the river....was able to leave the window and door open all night to get the cool/fresh air. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and drinking wine while watching the cruise ships coming and going. The location was excellent, everything was just steps away. We were given a pass to the museum for FREE entrance as well as FREE train/bus for the local train. Walk to the train station was easy. Many delicious eateries along the river bank. Very quite peaceful area despite the many people. Breakfast at the hotel was great and the staff was very pleasant and super helpful. We left items in our room on charge out and they agreed to mail them to our state side address for the fee to cover the post. All in all our stay was great and we will recommend to our friends still in Germany as well as those that will be coming.
