Comfortable bedroom with all the facilities you would need including connective Bluetooth speaker, dressing gowns, lots of good mirrors and sockets, no air conditioning but windows open and they supplied a fan but room wasn’t hot

For future reference we left our luggage in the front foyer and told Reception we were going to get the car and when we came back found that our luggage had been put on a coach and had left. Maybe in future it is important to differentiate luggage left or at least let guests know that a coach is imminent and to leave the luggage by reception - the Receptionist and especially the Technician were fantastic in getting our luggage back to us within 30 minutes do appreciate everything they did

Super efficient friendly staff, exceptional English language skills, swift check in and great help in parking the car in their garage a short walk away. Don’t forget to ask for a card to put in the window of your car if you use the hotel garage. ( Parking for about 15 cars at a guess, best to request a space upon booking) The staff do take a walk up and check which cars are on there. They also let us park up to 3pm On our day of departure free of charge ( charge is €10 per night from memory) so we could explore Boppard! The breakfast was too delicious for words! Thanks for helping to get our holiday off to a great start! We shall return!!

It was perfect. We didn’t have time to use the indoor pool but will do so next time we come and visit!

Bed was not comfortable

All the rooms with a river view were taken. But we had a great day in the sauna and pool. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is on the banks of the Rhine. There is a nice terrace in front of the hotel where you can drink wine, eat and watch the ships sailing by. You can buy tickets for a boat trip at the ticket office opposite the hotel. Very nice area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The man at the hotel reception spoke Ukrainian)) This is the first time in our travels. Nice!

What was there not to like? It had everything and more than what we had hoped for. So charming and the location was perfect. If you wanted to leave the charming town you could hop on the train which was a small walk away . So many wonderful places to eat near by and everyone we met were so friendly . We felt right at home .

I have put a lot of thought into this question .and I still have no answer . I absolutely loved everything about it.

Rooms were comfortable. Husband enjoyed the reading nook looking over the river. Breakfast was delicious with many good options and beautiful river views. Nice having a sauna onsite as well with robes provided in the room.

No AC. No food available after 9 pm (train was delayed so we arrived late, needed to search the town for a restaurant willing to take us). For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included.

Breakfast exceptional, restaurant staff professional, friendly and very helpful. All breakfast items are kept topped up and very fresh, so you can always find everything, even if you arrive towards the end of the breakfast session.

It would have been nice to have been told before booking/ arrival that parking is not free. That said, the hotel's secure car park is very good and woth the €7.50 per night for the peace of mind. Using the publi Parking in front of the hotel costs €6 per day.

We were traveling with our dog and when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised. They had prepared the room with a mattress for our dog, some pet food and two bowls. What a delicacy. The room is classically decorated, comfortable and has all the items we need. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hearty, tasty and if I may make a suggestion, the homemade yorgurt is wonderful. The city is a typical German town, with typical architecture, a cathedral in the center and the hotel on the banks of the Rhine.

Nothing, everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about. I would like to come back soon. I just would prefere to have a room in front of the Rhine. Our was on the opposite side.

The view was spectacular! The room lovely. Buffet plentiful! The location was exactly what we wanted. Easy walk from the train station to the hotel. The outdoor restaurant provided great ambiance! Easy access to the touring boats literally right outside your door.

We did not like our bed. It was two twin sized beds pushed together as one but the beds moved apart during the night as the beds were on wheels! . Not comfortable for a couple sleeping together.

The property was a lovely old traditional German hotel situated by the river Rhine. The facilities and rooms were of a high standard, spacious and Clean. The parking was secure but spaces were limited.

The pillows in the room were not the best they resembled a beanbag which were not the most comfortable. These could be improved for something a bit more structured The following comment in no way detracts from the great service and customer attention provided by the hotel. This is merely a possible additional service comment that may be considered in the future. This may well be just an English thing, but the rooms did not have any Tea or coffee making facilities. Also the hotel did not carry any lime cordial in its bar stock which is also a popular UK drink addition, more than one guest requested lime and soda drinks which could not be achieved.
