Clean, proper meals , it’s worth the money and workers are friendly

They mixed the gender and I had to switch the rooms and and pay extra for double room , why a 70 years old and 30 years old men be together with 30 years old women ? One shower and one toilet for 6 people ??? No guts at least let woman be together the place is big and neat

The location was very good and the beer garden was excellent. Breakfast was very good and this room was well located with river views.

The room. We upgraded and paid extra for a room with a Town View after receiving an offer from Booking.com. The room we were given had a privacy screen across the only window and consequently there was no view at all. We complained to the reception staff and the response was “Oh, you have that room”. No other room was available and we were told that as the manager was not there nothing could be done. We asked if we could have a reduced rate or free breakfast to compensate. This was refused and we were told that this request would be put to the management and they would contact me. I am still waiting to hear from them.

Amazing location, next to the river. Biergarten was always full of life. 2-minute walk from the train station. Rooms were modern and clean. Dont miss the 24 hour pizza dispensing machine in front of the hotel for any late night snacking!!

The portable fan in the room only lasted 2 hours. Then you have to turn the swithc back on again. This was very irritating as we had to get up in the middle of nights to switch on the fan.

The room, breakfast and the staff were brilliant. The beer garden was great with views over the river as was our room {306}. It is a short walk into the town square Its location was nice and quiet.

I could not find any faults with this hotel. the only thing that i think would improve the hotel is a little more information about the restaurant in the rooms.

Bedroom was nice and clean and neat, bathroom was small but functioned very well. Location was excellent and within walking distance from the town with restaurants and bars. The car park was at the hotel and easily accessed from the main road without having to drive through the old town and had plenty of parking spots. Garden bar area was nice and had a great view of the river.

Very American style hotel; which I appreciated after backpacking across Europe for a few weeks. They have a bar/ restaurant almost right on the water and are a very short walk from the center of town. I stayed in the hostel section - and it was easily the best one of my trip.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 is because the rooms are each accessed directly from the outside instead of having to go through the lobby, which always makes me a little nervous in terms of security.

Never stayed anywhere that's nearer to a train station, literally steps away!! Room was proper and clean just like a hotel, and the best thing is I got the whole 6-bed room to myself on the last night of stay. Staffs were super helpful as well. Nothing to complain, I had a good night of sleep, and I love everything including this small pretty town beside the rhine. Thank you so much.

It's a hotel-style hostel so not really a common space to socialize with other travellers or a shared kitchen

Location was right along the river and steps away from the city center. 1 block away from public transportation. Parking on site at a reasonable rate. Outdoor seating with view of river was amazing.

One of the choices is choosing this location was to enjoy the back seating area/beer garden, however, the food and drinks were only open 1 day while we were there out of 3.

I stayed in dormitory room which isn’t like a hostel, it’s just a single dorm in the hotel. Very clean and modern furnishings, in particularly the bathroom. Was there in late April and was the only one in the room. Good price for a touristy area.

My only fault is that I think there should’ve been a hand towel in the bathroom but wasn’t

Each dorm is it's own self contained 'apartment' that you access from the outside car park. So there are no loud noises from the hallway or slamming doors. Although the sound insulation could be better between walls. The bunk beds are set out very well for private space with wall partitions and a curtain. There are also electric outlets from the bunks. The comfort of the bed. The dorm was clean and tidy. They had a lockable garage for bike storage and bike tools at hand to help with maintenance. Which as I was on a cycling tour was a god send. The location is perfect to explore the stunning but small town.

Nothing I didn't really dislike, just as discussed in the likes section.
