The location on the river is amazing and very close to everything in the town and cruise stops. Railway station with bags requires a taxi. The manager and his daughter are amazing! Very accommodating and work hard to make sure all services are provided. Breakfast was excellent and we ate in the restaurant one night and really loved the home made pasta and pizza.

The building is old and the owner has done a lot to ensure the room amenities are up to date however the shower is squeezy. Great to see there was an elevator and the bed is super comfortable

We booked a room with balcony which has a great view on the Rhine river. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a good bed and a fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with the guest card from the reception, with which you can get a week pass at the Tourist Information (only 18 euro's)

The bathroom is not very spacious but there was enough room to move. Unfortunately, Boppard was not as lively as we expected. Lots of wineries were closed during our stay

The staff are very freindly and helpful, we stayed for two nights, the location is perfect, on the Rhein promenade. The hotel has its own pizzeria where you can sit next to the Rhein and enjoy your meal and I must say it was excellent. Breakfast is just as good, it's buffet with a good choice of food. Our room was on the 4th floor looking towards the town, the hotel has a lift, we had a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy a bottle of wine.

As we were there it was quite warm and the room has no air conditioning, that meant leaving the window open at night which meant hearing the nice people that had been having their fun drinking the good Rhein wine. The other problem was the church about 20 meters away that chimed every quarter hour but stopped at ten o'clock and started at six.

Best thing about this hotel is its location, right on the riverside. I was staying there for 3 nights with my husband and his parents and they simply liked the hotel room and breakfast. In the booking, room size was mentioned 17m2 but it was definitely bigger than that. There were no AC like most of the German hotels but fans were there, which was sufficient. Even my parents room was so well ventilated, they don’t even use the fan. Breakfast was good and have many food options. Hotel has its own Pizzeria, so you can have Pizza right on the riverside just in front of the hotel. I really like to mention and thanks Stephanie, she was my person to go, one point of contact for all our need, she had made sure that our stay was comfortable.

This is a lovely family run hotel who take a lot of care to look after their guests. Brilliant location, riverside in the centre of Boppard. Absolutely loved our view of the river and watching the river traffic going past. Very comfortable beds, shower was great. Fantastic breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant - very good. Highly recommended.

A balcony room overlooking the Rhine? It doesn't get any better than that. I chose this hotel purely based on that. I was taking my son to Munich, after arriving in Dusseldorf, and I hoped to break the journey up with a relaxing night by the Rhine, and this hotel provided exactly that. I really didn't care what the hotel was going to be like, because I knew I was going to get my room with a view, but I was pleased to discover that it was a nice little hotel, run by super-friendly hard-working staff. A very nice experience

OK it's not the Ritz, but you're not paying for the Ritz. It's a small hotel, in a great location, and the location itself was worth the price, which was actually very reasonable.

The Hotel overlooks the Rhine which is lovely. The room had a small fridge which was helpful in such hot weather. Breakfast was good.

The shower was very small so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. As smoking is allowed on the balconies I could not use our balcony as I was sandwiched between chain smokers. This was very unpleasant as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. It would be good to have one floor where smoking is not permitted at all. If you find it difficult to sleep when trains are passing regularly through the night it would be advisable to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

I had a single room with a good view of the river. It was small but sufficient and in very good condition. It included a desk, mini-fridge, safe, etc. Breakfast was a good buffet with hot and cold food. Check in was very quick and easy with friendly staff. Would recommend it.

Everything was great, pizza was superb! Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Staff nice, kind and understood english. Breakfast was also satisfying. View on river was great. Parking anywhere you can but many areas close to hotel, no problems.

Trains were non-stop in night and loud if doors open. Nothing hotel has control over though.

Rhinehotel Lilie has a wonderful staff that is there for you day and night. Loved the location- right on the Rhine river. Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the hotel's pizza on one of our nights there. Within walking distance to the train and right by the pedestrian zone. I was trying to decide on whether to stay in Boppard or St. Goar. I'm glad that I picked Boppard because it had a lot more going on. Also, you can rent Rhine Bikes close by with an app- they are in great condition!
