I am Celiac and find Germany a bit of a challenge regarding a gluten free diet, so I was VERY happy to see that the breakfast buffet offered gluten free bread and cereals , without me having to ask. The breakfast was simple , but with enough choice . We were VERY happy with it 😀 the staff was friendly and kept the restaurant area clean at all times.

A coffee machine or place to make a cup of tea in the room or at each floor would have been nice.

The room was dark,, cool and quiet - just what I need for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and of good quality. Good breakfast.

I'm not a big fan of the shower being separate from the toilet/sink and the layout of this room seemed particularly poorly designed. When you step in or out of the shower you are in a small area for getting dressed and undressed and drying off. There is no curtain or door so you are completely visible to most of the bedroom with no privacy. Just seems a bit weird.

Nice bar area where you could sit in evening and eat your food you bought and have a drink. No food other than cake available to buy in the bar/breakfast room in evening. When staying more than 1 night and you didn’t have room cleaned you could collect 5€voucher from reception in afternoon to spend at the bar.

Breakfast was good but could have been a bit more choice. Shame they only had very mild- tasteless cliched cheeses for breakfast when Germany has so many nice cheeses to offer.

It’s a clean, modern hotel with well sized rooms. Shower and bathroom facilities were excellent. It’s also excellent located from the main restaurants and bars. Plus it was easy walking distance away from the train station.

I minor quibble but would have been good to have a kettle.

Nice hotel located close to the pedestrian area of the city and with convenient underground parking. Smooth check-in, nice rooms, comfortable bed (though I found the pillows too soft... but that's a question of personal taste). I appreciated their committment to the environment. Would return without hesitation.

The cleanliness of the room, the location at the city center as well as the Altstadt. Breakfast buffet options were diverse, well labeled and pork, poultry and vegan, lactose-free breakfast condiments were clearly distinguished and arranged.

During my stay, everything went well.

The hotel is at an excellent location for exploring the old town, shopping, strolling along the rivers. Very nice breakfast with smoked salmon, lots of fresh fruits. Nice clean room.

The first morning I was woken up at 8 a.m. by the noises coming from the cleaning lady on the corridor (fortunately no such noise the other two mornings). Contrary to what they say on their website, you cannot buy food (dinner) at the bar. They told me I'd get a 5 EUR credit at the bar per night if I don't ask for cleaning in the morning - but they didn't tell me how it works, that I should have gone to the reception to collect the voucher.

Still very new, untired equipment, enough space in the room, plentiful fluffy towels. Breakfast is delicious, huge selection. Staff is friendly.

Not enough parking spaces in the garage if the hotel is full. But there are many public garages nearby.

It was a very clean and modern hotel. What surprised was that they had really put in effort in making the sleeping experience fit all different habits and tastes of their guests. Room temperature was adjustable, the windows could be opened and a selection of different types of pillows where available.

There was nothing I did not like.

The most friendly staff I have ever seen in the hotel instructors. Particularly, the evening staff. There was a match between Germany and Denmark, and hotel staff arranged the best viewing facility for all guests. Breakfast was superb and so is the room cleanliness, and check-in and check-out facilities. Highly recommended
