The Reception lady was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. She gave instructions on where to park our motorcycle in the underground carpark. Angelika, the bar/waitress was friendly, always smiling, and very attentive. The food was delicious, especially the spaghetti bolognaise and spaghetti carbonara. The outdoor shaded dining area was enjoyable in the evening sunshine. The room, beds, and facilities are comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Facility in the hotel was really good. In the room we had all the necessary facilities and it was quite spacious. Breakfast was also quite nice and refreshing. We have free available parking right in front of the hotel which is quite convenient.

Only thing was the hotel was2.5 km away from the city centre but we had a car so we didn't mind.

Friendly staff. 2 supermarkets next door. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic choice of food at breakfast. Lovely big breakfast area. No difficulty in accessing food. Lovely outdoor seating area.

Kettle in room would have been great. Road quite noisy. Was a good 25 minute walk from town centre. Busy roads. Using underpasses in the night would be unpleasant on your own.

Warm welcome, nice, clean, spacious room with renovated bathroom. We slept at the backsite of the hotel = peaceful, great breakfast with very good coffee, little garden terrace, staff was excellent. Bus stop to the center, Koblenz Hbf, Lohr Center (10 min drive), next to the hotel.

Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, cycle storage facility was secure and with power points for. battery charging.

Bathroom was a bit too small. The shower cubicle had a high step up and combined with a narrow door opening made it awkward getting in and out.

The rooms were good and even though they were not big they were certainly more than adequate. The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful and the breakfast was a sensation. It was also possible to have an evening meal alfresco and this was very good value and most enjoyable as well. Parking was possible outside the hotel and was free but there was plenty of parking at a supermarket about 100 m away.

Everything about the property was very good considering that it was great value for money.

Breakfast was awesome. Room was a little tight but liked the long desk so both of us could set up laptops and work. Loved the fan that was provided in the room. Room and bathroom were very clean. The outdoor area was very nice and pleasant to eat or just have a drink or relax at one of the tables. Since we are non-German speaking, Helga, the owner, was fantastic in translating menu choices. Helga was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the map and public transit system.

I wish hotel was closer to old town for ease in getting around. Restaurants, etc. in vicinity seemed lacking or at least not within walking distance. We would have eaten all our meals at the hotel, but the restaurant was closed on evening. Maybe have English on the menu as well as German.

Overall we were very pleased with everything, from the accommodation of special requests (such as letting us use their parking lot for an extra day for a modest fee) to the attentive service at breakfast. Highly recommended, and we would stay here again.
