The rooms are new, nicely furnished and have a beautiful view over the rapids of the Lahn river. Easy access through a corridor to the spa, sauna and outdoor pools made for a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Steffi in the shop, Mary on reception, Hausmeisters Matchi and Alex, who explained how to use the E-bikes which guests can rent.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, but there was limited plant based choice, only cereal and fruit. There was lactose free milk, but nothing plant based. For a 4 star hotel with international guests this was surprising.

The hotel is next to the river so you can enjoy the river view in your room and also when you are in the thermal bath and in the panoramic sauna, you still can see that view. It feels like you connect to nature. It is so relaxing.

1 bottle of water for 2 people in a double room should be increased to 1 bottle per person, as people are using the spa and sauna facilities and water should be included. I also missed a water kettle which is generally offered in all hotels of this category.

Need fresh towels for sauna first thing in morning. Maybe an issue point in hotel would be better than issuing then with with room cleaning

Lovely room, deluxe bathroom, adjoins the spa facilities. The restaurant downstairs has a great supper and breakfast buffet. Gorgeous views!

The purpose of the trip was to go to the thermal baths and this new 4 star hotel is situated next to the baths with direct access. The rooms have a view on the river and the noice of the river helps one to be more zen.

Breakfast was way too good! Highly recommend it!
