There was "made in order breakfast". We chose when and what we wanted to eat for breakfast in the evening and everything was ready in the morning when we went for the breakfast. The hotel had nice location.

Too much stairs. Our room was on the top floor and last stairs were quite narrow to move with luggage. Apartment was very nice so it was worth of climbing.

The hotel was very well positioned to take advantage of any supermarket shopping and laundry needs across the road. It was well positioned for access to the old city and all the choices of restuarants around the next street. The hotel was good and parking reasonably easy in the next street.

We I believe we’re ungraded to premier level, but all I think happened we received a queen size bed in the same room, which made the room even smaller. Nevertheless we coped with it. Still a very satisfactory stay.

It was hot. Noisy with people talking outside late into the night meant we had to close windows.

Perfect. The hotel is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. Feel a homely atmosphere from the entrance. Large comfortable room, clean and comfortable bathroom. Free, convenient parking. But the most beautiful thing was the breakfast. Everything you need and even more ... prepared by the owner. Tasty and fresh. It's a pity that we were only one night. Thanks for all!

Due to COVID not all facilities could be used, there was in the neighbourhood of the hotel only 1 facility (camping) to have dinner, al others were closed

Great room, very spacious. Beds were good, breakfast was excellent, quiet place and easy parking. Staf was friendly and helpful. There was a fridge with beverages as a replacement for the hotel bar, so the staff has tried to make it as comfortable as possible in this time.

Very good breakfast. The location is good, 20 min nice walk along the river to the center of Bad Ems, 15 min walk to the train station. There are a lot of sightseeings in and around Bad Ems and Koblenz easily reachable by walk or train. The nature around is nice. Some of facilities may require repair, but in general were acceptable.

Good room and very clean. Sadly the restaurant was closed. Local campsite had food and drink.

Gravel car-park. Not good for motorcycles.
