the staff were very helpful albeit very little english spoken. The location is excellent being in a forest area and if you are so minded plenty of walks around the area. The room was large with a separate are for dining. The restaurant was typical old world German with large wooden rafters etc and the food was very good. be aware that there were no |English translated menus.We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer.

The accommodation was beautiful. The family room was more like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. There was a terrace overlooking the forest where you could watch the bats in the evening. We had a meal in the Muehlestube which was superb. Very nice staff and great food.

The breakfast choice was great, and it was included in the price. The rooms were quite spacious and quiet and the place is situated in a valley in the middle of a forest, so it was calming, green, and close to nature. The buildings have green roofs and a friendly cat also welcomes the guests.

Some of the staff did not speak good English, but they did make an effort to communicate with us and were really helpful.

Isolated and quiet. Really good access to Koblenz and cheap EV charging. Quad room was wonderful and some very friendly cats on site. The site is amazing, so many places to explore and for younger kids it's brilliant.

The on-site restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening! Our fault for not checking. Went to the nearest kebab shop in the next village over.

The location was good. Excellent place to stay with dogs. The room was large and cool . The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have a bottle opener which would have been nice as the bar and restaurant was closed so we had to go out to get dinner and drinks . I’m not sure if the gardens were suppose to look rustic and wild or they had been left to grow over the winter but the place has a very relaxing feeling with breath taking views and walks .

only 2 pillows And no extra blanket . We stayed out of season on a Monday so apparently that was why the restaurant was closed .

The location and surroundings were beautiful. Our comfort room was very roomy and the breakfast buffet was excellent all at a very fair price.

The only negative aspect I can think of was that our bed mattrass was too hard for our liking. Everyone else was great.

Quirky, in the forest, old style charm

Menu in English would have been helpful. There is no reason why waiters should speak English in the middle of Germany when 95% of their custom are German speakers but a menu in English would have been helpful.

The location is great for an active walking/cycling holiday. The forest trails are literally on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection, all in a lovely setting.

Coffee/tea in the rooms would be a nice touch. Along with some toothpaste.

We were passing through so only stayed for one night, but we absolutely loved it. We brought our dog and the location and apartment were brilliant to stay in with a dog as there are great walks just right on the doorstep. It is very obvious that it is run with much love and dedication. We all loved it and will definitely come again.

Location was convenient and really pretty. Had all the basics for a short term stay. Although the staff did not speak much English they did try to find a way to communicate. Menus were available in English
