The Reception lady was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. She gave instructions on where to park our motorcycle in the underground carpark. Angelika, the bar/waitress was friendly, always smiling, and very attentive. The food was delicious, especially the spaghetti bolognaise and spaghetti carbonara. The outdoor shaded dining area was enjoyable in the evening sunshine. The room, beds, and facilities are comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Facility in the hotel was really good. In the room we had all the necessary facilities and it was quite spacious. Breakfast was also quite nice and refreshing. We have free available parking right in front of the hotel which is quite convenient.

Only thing was the hotel was2.5 km away from the city centre but we had a car so we didn't mind.

Family run hotel. Very good, well stocked breakfast. A problem was sorted immediately by the owner, who is always friendly as are the staff. Very clean everywhere. Free parking behind the hotel. Secure bike garages. The price was reasonable. Very well located, bus stop outside.

Friendly staff. 2 supermarkets next door. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic choice of food at breakfast. Lovely big breakfast area. No difficulty in accessing food. Lovely outdoor seating area.

Kettle in room would have been great. Road quite noisy. Was a good 25 minute walk from town centre. Busy roads. Using underpasses in the night would be unpleasant on your own.

The rooms were neat tidy and clean The breakfast was more than we expected Great parking on site The old town was a short walk away also was the train station The staff were so helpful with detailed instructions of how to get around and places to visit

Breakfast buffet was very good with wide selection of cereals, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, cooked food, fruit and drinks. Staff were very helpful. Bike storage in a secure garage at the rear of the hotel.

Room decoration is slightly dated and rooms are neat.

Warm welcome, nice, clean, spacious room with renovated bathroom. We slept at the backsite of the hotel = peaceful, great breakfast with very good coffee, little garden terrace, staff was excellent. Bus stop to the center, Koblenz Hbf, Lohr Center (10 min drive), next to the hotel.

Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, cycle storage facility was secure and with power points for. battery charging.

Bathroom was a bit too small. The shower cubicle had a high step up and combined with a narrow door opening made it awkward getting in and out.

Lovely little hotel. The staff were exceptional and helped us when we had an issue with our car. Good location, bus stop outside. Food in the restaurant was delicious...huge portions! Breakfast was excellent.
