It is a nice small hotel, located close to the train station and in a walking distance from the river and the promenade. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is large and varied.

There are some inconveniences: - the noise from the elevator is very loud in the rooms next to it. Also, for some reason in late evening there was a lot of train honking, like they were a herd talking to each other. And the sound carries in the valley. But after guests and trains settled for the night, it was actually very quiet. - you get an actual key for the room, which meant that my room was very hard to open/close as the door was not properly aligned.

It’s charming with updated bathroom, even electric rollade shades, has an elevator and parking, is dog friendly, lovely breakfast, great location near famous Bad Ems Therme and near Koblenz.

Quiet place yet close to the centre of Bad Ems. They upgraded my room so I had a spacious one with a nice bathroom too.

The hotel is very, very pleasant. The location close to the river and to the ‘wanderpromenade’ is beautiful. The rooms are exciting, we were offered a breathtaking room with beautiful decorations on the ceiling and on the walls. Everything has been given a lot of artistic attention. And the bed is immens, it allows the guest to sleep well.

In spite if the fact that the staff is very helpfull and friendly, they surely can use some training on efficiency in the hotel business. The breakfast was certainly not poor but bread came too late, eggs were not available in time, the teawater was cold. Little things, but they lead to some irritation.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet (there is a small refrigerator in the room, but you can't hear it at all). Very helpful stuff. Good breakfast.

Selection of the room is vague, in the end room that we booked according to pictures was not available. The room that we had was also beautiful but not what we wanted.
