It has a good location for all the stuff you'd want to see in Koblenz. The rooms were clean and modern. The shower was also good. The breakfast was nice. The bed was also comfortable

There is no fridge or water heater. So you can't make tea or coffee. Or keep a drink/food cold. The wall between the shower and bedroom was milk glass, so you could still see when someone was showering. As a couple, we prefer it if it's a bigger bed. This bed was 2 single beds pushed against eachother. This made a hole in the middle and made it hard to cuddle. The beds also moved away from eachother with the slightest of movements, making us have to readjust the beds a lot.

Clean room, nice linens, great location! Offered luggage storage which was super convenient. Front desk staff were very welcoming! Room had a large bench to open luggage on which I also loved.

The room had some noticeable wear and tear - tons of scuffs on the walls which didn't affect us. There was a big strip of wood coming off the door when closed which made us wonder about the door locking initially but no trouble in function.

Super friendly and helpful staff and atmosphere in a great location right next to the old town. Everything was in walking distance and even though it was super central, there was no noise from the streets or city. Very comfy bed and always felt safe. The room was very light and spacious for one person. I also liked that there was no carpet. Reception had great snacks and drinks.

There's no water cooker or fridge in the room which would have been nice. The hotel is pet friendly, a fridge would have made it easier to store dogfood during warm weather. The walls are quiet thin and I could tell exactly what my neighbours were up to, which was a bit unfortunate

I stayed 1 night so it was a good room. The climate control was lovely when it was 37 deg outside. The shower/bathroom was a good size. It was all good. Reception staff were very helpful and it was good you could get a coffee water etc at any time from the shop downstairs in reception.

The rooms are small compared to other hotels but that wasn't a problem for just a night. If I was staying longer I would have wanted tea making facilities and a fridge in the room but just for a night or so it was all good.

We loved the location and the reception staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked this hotel, but one thing spoilt our stay. On the first morning we arrived for breakfast to find that some of the food containers were empty. There were no staff on duty and after waiting for over ten minutes, along with another guest, we went into the kitchen to find it empty. A guest went to complain to reception and eventually two staff returned to the kitchen. One of them spent a great deal of time chopping up cucumbers whilst we had to wait ages for more scrambled egg and bacon to appear. Not happy 😖

Perfect central location for exploring the old town, and close to high street shops as well. Friendly staff and a reasonably priced lobby bar. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh fruit and veg.

The room was small and the bed unnecessarily large! There is also a weird translucent glass panel between bedroom and bathroom that means you can see the silhouette of whoever is in the shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rather big size of the rooms (especially the bathroom!) and overall elegant appearance of the reception area. 😊 Much more like a proper hotel rather than the usual budget hotel. 24/7 reception, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well temperated room. Had a very quiet night despite the very central location - definitely would recommend, especially when arriving via train.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom (but I didn‘t ask for one at the reception either). The shower doesn’t close so that the floor near the shower easily can get wet (but enough towels were supplied, so there was no issue - could be annoying to some).

the room had practically no storage of any kind. the bed was made up of 2 single beds joined together by a mattress cover so if you were to sleep in the middle of the bed the beds would eventually come apart and you would fall to the fall.

The hotel is located right next to the center of the city with bus stops almost directly in front of the door. It provides clean rooms with convenient non-essentials like a place to unpack your luggage and a wardrobe. The staff are very friendly and helpful also giving information on how to get to places of interest.

The bathrooms are not suited for two people sharing a room. There is no proper (lockable) door and a huge frosted glass window between the bathroom from the room itself. So one occupant taking a shower is bound to wake the other still sleeping due to noise and light.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and was perfectly located for me. Everything was within walking distance. The room was equipped with everything you need or expect in this price category. The staff was friendly and forthcoming.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a car park so I had to park in an underground car park. The problem is not the car park but the extra payment for overnight parking was the annoying part for me and is most likely the reason not to book this place again.
