These apartments were the only option with kitchen on the time we were booking them (it was last minute book). I've read many reviews after the booking and was preliminary disappointed. And for no reason because the stay was really nice! I'll point some things that I liked: - location: just between the old city and the central station – close to everything, very convenient. The neighbourhood is also calm - kitchen: it's super small but it has all the required cutlery for some basic cooking in addition to fridge, microwave, kettle, and electric stove - cleanliness: everything was clean, and we are very picky on that - food: there's no food in the hotel but the recommendations were amazing! The best breakfast outside for a long time - checkin: we had to arrive really late (closer to midnight), and automated checkin really helped us I consider staying here again, the next time I visit Koblenz

I'll just point out that the major source of complaints were the stairs. I had no problem with them – they are as steep as in many other places around (Paris, Flanders, the whole Netherlands...). Another point is a complete absence of reception. Luckily, everything worked fine in my case, and it was convenient for us because we've arrived late evening anyway.

Location is great, just few minutes of walking from main station. Room was clean , the heating convector did not work for some reason . bathroom was super clean and tidy. the room is filled with cooking facilities, kitchenette, pan and boiler

The stairs , the air conditioning heater did not turn on. There was no one in the front door

We are missing the day and lost the other hotel, which I booked by accident on different days, i knew about it only when i came to koblenz So i looking other hotels and this was free Check in and check out was easy in automat All i needed for one night were in there So I was happy that I didn't stay on the street Thanks)

I liked the location. It was in the center of Koblenz, so it was close to the shopping mall. It was also very close to the sight-seeing spots, which was great as well.

I didn't really like the digital only check-in. It is convenient, but I prefer to have some personal contact. I also had a problem. Luckily, it was solved. The internet was also very bad.

Very clean and well furnished. Easy walk to the train station and in a good neighborhood.

No receptionist or custodian to call for problem. When I called the number provided, it didn't connect to anyone. We had an issue with check in and some other visitors provided assistance. The shower was a big problem -no slope to the drain or lip to contain the water. Water flowed out of the shower and into the bed area of the apt. We had to use all the lovely towels to mop up all the water and wring it into the shower stall.

Centrally located. Powerful shower. Clean. Secure. Rooms are internally secure from other guests by keycard accessible doors. Bakery on ground floor that opens at 6am. Bakery towards train station with larger range to products.

Very clean.

It was not allowed to smoke.

The contact less check-in worked, so absolutely no contact with staff. Comfortable bed, appreciated the microwave cooktop and fridge.

Very modern room with a very well equipped kitchenette. Great for short stays. The bed was big and comfy.

The bathroom had glass walls which made it less private.
