Firs of all I would like to thank you for the ladies at the check in, they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German but they did speak a little English, this made the process much easier. The location is excellent, private parking at the hotel, service station next to the A3 autobahn. Rooms are very clean and very quiet so the good night sleep is guaranteed. Plenty of options for food at the service station. I will be back, that’s for sure. My favourite hotel if I’m travelling through Germany.

To be honest, if I really want to be picky usb charging points could be added to the rooms.

Room was spacious, one double bed and one bunk bed. Enough place for 4 people family. Balcony with forest view. You can barely hear highway. It's close to gas station so you can buy whatever you need. Just keep in mind that they don't have raisers.

The only way to get to hotel is through highway. So to go in other direction you need to take 15km detour. In gas station I could buy any bath items (like razor). Wifi is bad quality and you can hear highway sometimes.

Tthe location was amazing, literally a minute from the A3! We could park a car and a van with a trailer comfortably and safely, which was a bit of a worry and probably not possible with most hotels… We were very pleased with the fact that check in was possible any time of the day and we could bring our cat into the hotel with us. There is absolutely no noise even though it is next to the motorway. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Two thumbs up for Serways Hotel Heiligenroth!!!

It is a great place to stay if you travelling on the highway - it can be easily reached from both directions, there is a Burger king which stays open late, and a shop to stock up for the next day's travel. The room was comfortable, and the hotel has a private car park so you don't have to use the less secure car park in the rest area. The room was very well soundproofed, we didn't heard anything from the highway right next to us.

Very conveniently located next to the autobahn but will insulated from any traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Although it was set up as a sort of fast food establishment my breakfast, specifically requested, was excellent.

Water pressure was a low but I managed to have good showers anyway. The toilet cistern needs some maintenance.

Practical and comfy

Breakfast wasn’t great. I paid for an alternative (scrambled eggs) almost inedible greasy and ready rubbery. Stick to pastries

The hotel, despite being right next to the Autobahn, was very quiet and we got a good night's rest. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would definitely stay here again on our travels.

We prefer not to have a carpet in the room, due to allergies. Also a small fridge would be very handy to have in the room.

24/7 reception as we ran late and could check in at 2.00am only. It’s well located, clean and comfortable.

There’s no kettle to make hot drinks in the room.

Location was great. Very close to the highway so no detours! There is alsof a nice forest/park to walk with the dog. The room itself appeared clean and spacious.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived (due to corona?). Burger King was open though. Personnel was quite unfriendly (due to Corona?) and the room was not totally cleaned (trash) + sheets were dirty (seemed clean but had a squashed bug on it). Room temperature was too high.

As we arrived after 10pm, we realised there that the check-in is at the Aral Garage. That would be not a problem but we had to take an extra 15minute journey as you couldn’t turn back - one direction road.
