Breakfast was included and good. It was what we have come to expect from an European breakfast, lots of choices, different from those of a US restaurant. Much better than that included in most US hotel breakfasts. The location was good, near the attractions in Koblenz that one would like to visit. Koblenz isn't big so it is easy to walk where needed. The staff was very helpful. We had some problems regarding our car rental, and they were helpful in that.

The hotel is on the edge of the old town within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, which was needed as it was quite hot during our visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of beverages and food items.

Access to the parking facility was an issue. Not the hotel’s fault but they need to resolve the card access problem with the parking company as soon as possible.

I liked the historic nature of the hotel and the breakfast was great! The rooms do not have views, but it is easy to walk to the Deutsche Eck and visit the rivers. Downtown was a short walk too.

The hotel is in the middle of a large construction zone at the moment! And the parking is not on site, but in a parking garage down the street, so you will have to drag your luggage for a bit. But the location is centrally located and good for touring the downtown area.

The location was excellent as you could walk straight out of the hitel and go to the river banks and then walk around the old city and its lovely well preserved building. Lift and close by parking available. Breakfast was a great variety. Good coffee and healthy fruit salad and choice of yoghurt and nuts and seeds. Reception and breakfast staff were all excellent.

It was small room and bathroom but was adequate for 1 nights stay. Everything was there including hair-dryer and magnified mirror. Not much English spoken but my German is worse!! Tried hard to communicate with google translation!

Clean comfortable room with air conditioning. Excellent location with all main attractions within walking distance. Good quality breakfast with plenty of variety and very friendly and helpful staff. Access to good underground car park with large bays and 24 hour access

Nothing to dislike

Clean, cosy and comfortable, with a somewhat "old-fashioned" air (you get real keys to your room). Located within easy walking distance from both the Koblenz Old Town and from Deutsches Eck, where the Rhein and Mosel rivers meet.

It's a bit of a walk from the Koblenz Central Station (but you can take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage).

Staff were very helpful and answered our many questions. Great english speaking ladies at reception. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was well catered for. The croissants were the best we've had in Europe. Room was above a street which was noisy early evening but went quiet by bedtime and over night. Public transport close by and all the attractions a short walk away - fabulous location.

No tea-making facilities in the room however you can sit in the ground floor lounge and have a cuppa.

The location for the old town was perfect. Helpful, friendly staff both on reception and serving at breakfast, which was also very good. Car parking was convenient and worked smoothly, even though not on the premises.

Very friendly, efficient reception staff. Free upgrade. Nicely designed room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with quality ingredients. Great location for city centre and riverfront. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice central location. Friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Welcome coffee while waiting for check-in. Parking (at extra cost) nearby in a parking. Lovely breakfast (even though only warm food was egg).

There could be some more hot items at breakfast (now only eggs) but there were plenty of other choices. There was a (temporary) issue with wifi - was going to be solved soon (but we almost couldn't use internet).
