I've stayed in Hotels all over Europe and the UK. Recently I've stayed at the Novo Hotel Wembley, London, The Intercontinental o2 London, and the Midland Hotel Manchester, all fantastic hotels, I do work in the hotel industry, The Kantary hotel measures up to any hotel I've stayed or been involved with, the welcome we got when we arrived was 2nd to none, the staff from Reception, chamber maids, cleaning staff, breakfast and restaurant staff are all highly trained and are true Ambassadors for this hotel. The chefs in my opinion are highly skilled in the food they prepare and cook. I'd like you to look out for an amazing waitress called Nutty, I can see this young lady going far in her career, the hotel is spotless, the guy who looks after the pool is on the ball. He knows his job, look our for the lady who looks after the car park, another true Ambassador for this company, The rooms are home from home, so comfortable and very spacious. I enjoyed my stay that much that we're going back in February, also this hotel is close to the main road which is a massive plus for using the transport. I Guarantee you will love this hotel. 10/10 from me.

That my stay came to an end

All the staff were very helpful, , lovely people, if there was a problem it was fixed straight away. The pool was amazing and so clean. Facilities were good. Breakfast was superb,

The Gym air-conditioning was always off, so going into a 30 degrees gym was a big ask, difficult at first., also it would have been nice to have more choice of English channels on the TV, we were there for medical reasons so it wasn't a holiday, just would have been better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed from the moment I arrived at midnight. The warm welcome I received made me feel as if I had arrived in the middle of the day. The staff was incredibly helpful with my luggage and provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities. Each morning, I woke up feeling refreshed and energized, thanks to the hotel's cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of my favorite parts of the day was breakfast, especially the “Egg Corner,” where eggs were made to order, along with delicious French toast and pancakes. Breakfast became the highlight of my day in Bangkok. The staff at the host station always greeted me warmly, and the food was prepared with the quality of fine dining but in a buffet style. There was a diverse range of options catering to various cultural tastes, and I tried almost everything they had to offer. Every dish was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented, regardless of when I arrived. The hotel was impeccably maintained, and the employees' enthusiasm for their work was evident. I also took advantage of room service when I stayed in, and each meal was reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Good apartment with plenty of space. It was clean and staff were very polite. Near from metro yellow line (10min walking).

Bit far from old city center but there is nothing we can do about it.

the hotel in general is good the rooms are big and some have a balcony the breakfast is good but they should add halal food and they should wash the vegetables more cause I saw a few bugs on it loved their laundry service

Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful, Hotel was very clean, Buffet breakfast good selection of food , Restaurant good choice and good value, Room cleaned every day, cleaning staff very polite and respectful, Pool area very good, would recommend mend and would stay at Kantary hotel again, overall very happy and enjoyable experience

The staff were incredible and it's super close to the airport. The pool was really nice.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.. it might've been a smoking room or floor, not sure but we smelled it everytime we walked in.

The one bedroom apartments' are spacious and have all the amenities required to make your stay comfortable. If you prefer no smoking rooms please request for rooms on 5th Floor and this is non smoking floor. The house keeping staff does an excellent job of keeping the apartments clean and stocked up.

There were no issues faced which will make us not like this property.

It is not in the tourist district, but close to The Mall with shopping possibilities, you can use grab or local buses to get around. Breakfast is plenty, the staff is super helpful.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice people working there. Had a great time at the pool. I also really enjoyed eating at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
