Delicious Breakfast , helpful staffs , nice view , free bicycle

Exceptional and prompt customer service by the front desk and backend made the stay pleasant. Receptionists suggested suitable activities depending on weather of the day and engaged the right services (taxi, room services, etc.) without hesitation. The room was simple and clean, the hotel environment is idyllic, with a 24 hour convenient store nearby.

Apart from the hotel, the surrounding streets and neighbourhood can be very dark at night.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They gave us tips on local tours and places to visit. The free shuttle service that the hotel offers was very handy and professional. The location was brilliant - we had a marvellous view of the sea from our bedroom and went for walks along the beach. It was very restful. Would Def recommend to anyone doing a trip in Hualien or the region around.

Nothing really

Superbly friendly staff. Dan in particular was very helpful by providing a shuttle service for us from Hualien railway station. While this hotel is a fair way away from Hualien itself, the local area is superb. Lovely beaches, walking trails, a few good restaurants and a convenience store a short walk away. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were very cozy and had a mediterranean feel to them. Honestly it was a great couple of days spent here.

Honestly not much could be done to improve our experience any further.

The room was very charming, clean and comfortable with water, coffee and tea at disposal. The balcony and the view provide sweet relaxing moments. The beach nearby is peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast is correct with a choice of fruit, local dishes and beverages. The hotel staff is ecceptional and really customer oriented by giving information and tips for your stay.

Maybe room isolation could be improved and the door closing system making noise over night.

Exceptional service-very attentive, accommodating, kind. Location is just the best, with views to the ocean. Room is nice and bright, bed is very comfy, and breakfast so good! As an additional, they provide bicycles-was nice ride along the beach. If I ever in Hualien again-I will stay here again.

Nothing, it was perfect stay

What a lovely hotel with a nice terrace providing a stunning view to the sea! I was even able to see the sunrise from my balcony, which made my stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, with free transfer from and to the train station, restaurant recommendations and overall support and friendliness. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, with free snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Couldn't recommend this venue more!

Staff were so very friendly, helpful and the best English speakers. Cool seaside hotel that made us feel at home. Scrambling F16 jets were pretty cool too.

The neighbourhood is a bit different and out the way but still had some good places to eat and drink. We were fine but Warning ⚠️ for anyone nervous about dogs ... the local area is overrun with packs of stray dogs, it was the only downside but it all seemed normal to everyone here, so ok??

Service was excellent! The staff were welcoming, accommodating and very helpful with whatever you need. The staff members can remember you and know when you are checking out, when you require a ride to the train station/hotel. One of the staff even took the time to advise us on certain routes and transportation since we returned our car early and had no transport around. They provide rides to and from the hotel to Hualien train station. The free bicycle rentals to ride around Qixingtan was also very convenient! Hotel rooms were slightly old but extremely clean! Definitely worth it to pay for the seaview as it is amazing, the hotel is right by the beach. Such a homey and comfortable stay with them!

The breakfast was fairly good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was facing the sea, and had a nice balcony. We could also borrow bicycles for free, which was very nice.

There was no water in the pool, and there were no sunbeds by the pool, although it was shown on the pictures on booking.com, and in the elevator. A little party pooper, when bathing in the sea is prohibited.
