It was okay.

Foret of all, you get a dozen of mails. Automatic logging in, automatic logging out…..but the hotel is not modern and it was just too much. The city did some work on the waterlines and the result was brown water in the hotel. Nothing they can do about. But I didn’t feel like using the shower. Plus the room was filled with cobwebs. It was okay, but nothing more.

Breakfast was fine and the infrastructure of the hotel was also nice. It gives a sense of coziness and the surrounding area is great with lots of fields and trees. Rooms are comfortable. Also parking space is readily available infront of the hotel. The breakfast and restaurant room is also one of a typical German restaurant and has a good variety of dishes although bit overpriced!

Personnel at the reception and at breakfast room was inpolite and unfriendly. You could not feel like you are welcome in the hotel. However this was not applicable to all personnel as there were exceptions. But the overall picture was that of unsatisfied personnel which extrapolated in the general impression that was given to the guests. Additional blankets should have been provided in the closets and the blanket of the single bed should be bigger for tall persons.
