Location of the hotel was very good and had parking space for the car i was using during my stay. ATM machine very close to the hotel and some local shops if you needed any snacks. As woman I was little anxious staying at a hotel on my own in Bangladesh, but once i got there i felt reassured. The hotel is very safe and the staff are very supportive. I will recommend the hotel to other women. Food at the hotel is very good and at a reasonable price.

Breakfast is good but i do think there could be more fruit. If you stay there on Friday the local mosque have the sermons on loud speaker. It start Thursday night and continued the whole of Friday.

The Safety, the staff , the cleaning, the food, Location. Everything was so perfect.

The Hotel is clean. The staffs are really helpful. The hotel has a parking lot. It's quiet and furnished from inside. There is a restaurant on the 9th floor where the guests have their breakfasts.(Maybe Depends on booking) It is a good choice for night stay but, the price should be stranded.

For families, they have to take at least two rooms for their nights. Maybe UpTo 3 beds in one room is not here or it's unavailable at that time. There are some mosquitos (Not their issue) The lift is little bit slow, but it is not a big issue.

I loved the cleanness and the location as well. The staff are well trained and their behaviour is very good. The facilities was ok for us and in a word it was value for money.

Based on the food test, maybe the rate is little bit expensive. It should be move cheaper so far.

The room was cosy but clean and good value for money, everything worked and didn't feel dated or worn out. The breakfast variety was great. The housekeeping, laundry, room service were super useful. Best of all, the staff were superb throughout!

There were small issues with water spilling outside the shower and the door card reader.

It was very enjoyable room, staff, food, location etc. All staff are friendly and helpful. location is very good for easy access at all location. Breakfast was delicious. But, if some item will add that will be more fruitful the guest. Wish every success.

Everything was really good. The staff were really polite and courteous. And it was really kind of them to allow me a very late checkout time (3pm) without any charges.

The room amenities could be improved there was no body lotion. The major issues I had was when it come to checking out there card payment terminal would not accept my UK issued credit card or debit card luckily there was Bangladeshi family member whi paid with his bank card. This was very embarrassing.

They charge in local currency. Their dollar rate is not the same as international currency rate. I have paid the equivalent of an additional $10. They don’t provide normal black tea bag but local MASALA TEA BAG which is not suitable for all. Two towel for 3/4 people. Most of the dishes are not available which are mentioned in the menu booklet.

Bed very comfortable, room spacious. Staff very helpful especially Mr Sharma. Location good, we were able to walk to most places.

Breakfast could be improved for European tastes. Staff should be more observant to when breakfast supplies have run out. No butter available on final morning. Only green tea or masala tea available in room. Coffee, black tea and milk powder would have been better.

Good location...very friendly and helpful staff...and excellent food---particularly the beef korai and dal bhuna
