What a wonderful experience in bangladesh, all made perfect because of this beautiful hotel. Right at the centre of sylhet, east to travel to shopping centres and relatives homes. An amazing experience all thanks to the cleaning staff at hotel Mira garden, day and night shift. Cleanliness was excellent. A big big thank you to Al Amin who made our hotel stay incredible and he is the reason why every time we come to bangladesh now we will be staying at hotel Mira garden. A lovely person inside and out, looked after us and made us feel safe at the hotel. An amazing person, my mum and sisters stayed at the hotel before my stay and told us about how lovely al amin is, and because of him I booked the hotel for 10 days. An amazing man!

The staff at reception desk were rude and not friendly, didn’t know how to smile . It was not all of them but there was two particular staff tall, and fair and slim. Made the experience a little poor or else I would have been fully satisfied. There was an elderly middle age man at reception desk he was very polite and another man who was a bit dark not a lot that was also very nice, but the other two slim white men were rude!

We were booked around 6 pm. They immediately called and confirmed our booking. When we reached the hotel they also upgraded our room as my booked one was full. Then they also provided a complimentary fruit basket. The room was well-furnished, clean, and tidy. They also provide all necessary needs. Considering the price, this hotel is really value for money. They also provided a complimentary buffet breakfast. Although the items are not much and very basic, it is really awesome to have.

The refill time was too long for the buffet breakfast. The egg was finished and took 15 minutes to refill after asking twice. Could not find anything else that I didn't like.

Hotel Mira garden is exceptional. It is very clean and staff are very friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. A big Thankyou to Alamin who helped us so much. From arranging our transport to sorting our meal timings really had a positive impact on us. Alamin also helped us with housekeeping and was very prompt and fast when we had any issues. He also gave us an upgrade. A huge Thankyou to Hotel Mira Garden - I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

From head to tail, everything about this hotel is superb. Mr Sharma from the front office gave us exemplary support and help. This is one of my best hotel stay in Bangladesh during our 15-day tour of this country. I shall recommend this hotel to all my friends who wish to visit Sylhet

I can't remember anything that I did not like except mosquitos in dinning area

Mr sharma was amazing. I wasn't the one actually staying at the hotel the booking was for my mum. Who is an elderly person, they took really good care of her the price was really cheap. Mr Sharma called me up just to see what time she was arriving. I have travelled to many countries I have never travelled to Bangladesh, honestly it made me want to go there seeing how good the service was.

I stayed at Hotel Mira Garden Tamabil Rd, Sylhet 3100 while attending to some business carrying out work on my property near by. All the staff who were looking after me gave a 5 star exceptional service. Housekeeping supervisor, Mr Alamin organised a brilliant stay for me, attended to all my requirements by providing the helpful staff and team under his supervision to tend to my needs. Room attendants Rohim and Ashraful were friendly friendly and polite and ensured my room was cleaned thoroughly, daily without fail with fresh linen and towels provided along with a laundry service. Hassan, Restaurant staff made sure freshly cooked dishes exactly as desired was delivered to my room when requested along with a brilliant restaurant dining experience. All staff were polite and friendly, always helpful with any queries and local information that was needed.

On one occasion there was no hot water available for a shower. When speaking to hotel management I was told this is not a problem as if this did not matter but did say this would reflect on my final bill with a discount. Upon settling my bill, there was no discount applied and i was left disappointed as this delayed me by an hour and a half. However housekeeping supervisor Mr Alamin was very helpful in this situation and personally bought up two buckets of hot water up to my room in order for me to wash and start my day. Never the less, I was still delayed by an hour and half and more care could have been taken by management and a discount should have been applied.

I enjoyed having peaceful sleep on a comfortable and high quality mattress. Liked the layout and ensuite facilities to connecting rooms. The customer service at reception and room attendants were very helpful and kind.

The only complaint is their room service was extremely slow and poor. Had to wait over 1.5hr for tea /coffee and snacks.

it was nice to stay at Hotel Mira Garden with my two kids & Family. The location is very good. House keeping , utility service was good. Breakfast was excellent...

I faced only a few difficulties with Lunch/Dinner that would demand one hour to deliver. However, believe it will improve soon. Another thing regarding Reception staffs which I noticed during my second stay this time that the staffs are mostly acquainted with local people dealings...they are not much pro-active with others people those who are from others area of the country.

The staff really made the difference in this hotel, reception and security staff have always greeted us with a smile. The hotel manager from Mulvebazar was real gentleman, many times exchanging currency and arranging external trips by hiring cars for me and my family. The hotel is very close to a Mosque very convenient for an elderly father who prefers to wake up at the crack of dawn to pray. The rooftop terrace lacked seating arrangements but has real good view of the city particular in the evening.

The only thing that we didn't like was repetition of the breakfast items. We stayed for a total of 10 nights we didn't really notice any changes in the breakfast buffet variety. Although the Breakfast buffet did consist of several items such daily fresh parathas, Dal bhuna, meat or chicken bhuna was switched every so often. Fresh bread, juices and tea and coffee was limitless. Staff at the dining room on the 9th floor were exceptional and simply would not refuse any requests. As I had to entertain some small number of guests for a wedding ceremony the head caterer managed to deliver on time and within a personal budget. Just wanted to say a big thank to everyone in the catering department. A hotel I would recommend in the heart of Sylhet and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is ok except garage area, dark, dast every where. Need more light & clean area. Driver are smoking in the garage, which is totally unexpected. Also need to replace bathroom water focet.
