Basic but large room with three singles. Everything was gleaming clean. Staff were warm and welcoming despite arriving at 3AM. Exceptional helpful. The weather was cold at night and the room was warm. En suite had a great shower and lots of hot water. Soap towels etc were plentiful. Had a fridge but no kettle, but we knew this before we arrived and brought one. The lift was great for my mum as we were on the third floor. Close to cafes and restaurants, not far from the town centre. Velez is gorgeous. A good blend of old and new.

It was a great tourist class hotel. Easy access to public transportation. Close to markets and eateries.

Could have used more pillows on the bed, but that's just a personal preference. The water pressure was so strong that it sprayed onto the floor and had to use my extra towel to clean up the mess. But none of these are actual problems.

Perfect location, great restaurant across the street. Hotel is spotless and the staff very friendly. Great value for money. It's basic accommodation, but excellent standard.

Parking is hard to find, thought I had reserved parking with the hotel but apparently not. After driving around in circles twice, we finally found a space around the corner.

No breakfast at the hotel, which wasn't a problem. Location perfect. Room very clean, and ideal for our requirements.

The hotel is located in a good place in the small town. Close to supermarkets and main plaza. The room was very clean and smell fresh upon arrival. The TV channels were good!

Unfortunately we don't like the pillows. The long traditional Spanish pillow. Would be good to have the individual pillows to help with back support during reading.

Spend one night. Arrived so late, it was 1 AM. The check-in was fast, the receptionist was so friendly ( it was 1AM !!!!) the room was so clean and comfortable. We loved that small terrace above the street. Check ot early morning and the same receptionist was fresh and friendly with a smile on her face! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The proprietor and his cleaning staff were very nice and friendly/helpful The Hotel was spotless, each bedroom had its own colour variation, our bedroom had a Juliet balcony overlooking the roundabout fountain with far reaching views on a clear day. Local to cafe bars and restaurants.

We knew when we booked that the hotel did not do breakfast dinner or evening meal, I am assuming by doing this the proprietor can reduce his costs which are very reasonable, However the owner as leaflets for local fast food so I am assuming it would be okay to eat within your bedroom area

it’s in a great location. we had a room at the front with a little balcony. quite noisy at night but that’s to be expected in the middle of a big town. very clean. good bed. we would stay again definitely
